Ramada on the Bay Conference Resort Belleville

The location is perfect for a visit to Prince Edward County

Hotel is in need of repair in common areas and rooms. We had water leaking from the ceiling in our room. The breakfast was well below a typical free hotel breakfast. The bacon and sausage were inedible. The only reason to stay is the price.

They gave me the same room I was in 3 weeks ago. Which made it feel familiar

Last time the pool was so cold - I didn’t even ask if it had been heated this time.

It was perfectly situated for the purpose of our trip.

It wasn't filthy, but it wasn't super clean either. The hallway carpets were dirty and the surfaces in the elevator were grimy. Also, there was a strange one inch gap at the bottom of the room door. Also towels with holes in them.

It is a normal Ramada hotel and exactly as was expected. I have no complaints about the hotel or room.

No receptionist was there to sign me in. I didn't see a sign that she would be gone for 15 mins placed far from the check-in desk. I spent ages trying to find her, calling, phoning, ringing bells. I was late to work. HOWEVER ithe owner reduced my room $

Nothing the hotel was old and needs to be renovation

The water pressure was low. The sliding door didn't work and the internet was slow and didn't work properly

Clean and good breakfast.

Strange place. Room keys (and the keys of several guests) didn't work. We had to get new ones 3 times. Outdoor pool was empty and closed. Slide in indoor pool was closed. TV remote didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Fitness centre - machines broken.

Please advise that if the staff will not change the way they run the business, it would be a great loss for the Ramada reputation. The cleaning was measurable, no maintenance team, the breakfast was poorly done...

Friendly place and loved the pool

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the rooms were to cold and you couldn't control the temperature in your room

Easy to find, easy to park for disabled guests.

Had to ask 3 times for extra cot in room. Why the wait?

Location and great value for the price.

Did not care for the breakfast. I would definitely stay in bed for the next time I stay there.

Easy to find off the highway

Everything seemed old and a bit dirty (stained tub, dusty bathroom vent) or broken (countertop, bathroom fan). I didn't expect luxury but this was definitely showing a lot of wear and tear

Breakfast was great. Staff were wonderful.

We were cold the first night. Too hot the next.

Very outdated rooms. bed was lumpy. Room was stuffy and the thermostat was broken. Had to open the window to get some air - screen door had holes. TV/lamps unplugged, TV remote not work properly. Main halls need vacumming. Not what I expected for Ramada

Great location;right on the waterfront with walking trails close by.
