Comfort Inn Belleville

My 74 year old Mother loved the patio door for easy access from the hotel room/ car parked outside the door made it so convenient for my Mom that doesn't walk well and thankfully we had ground floor to make things easier for my mother n myself

No outside chairs at patio, was looking forward to sitting outside in front of our hotel room

staff was very robot like - lost power at midnight had to sleep in the cold as power was not restored until 7 am

It was better than what I would expect at the price point. shopping and restaurants within walking distance also a really good dance bar on Saturday nights within a five minute walk. (never heard any noise. Other entertainment every day.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable...it was wobbly and the matress was hard and lumpy

The staff are very polite and friendly. The location was excellent as we were there for a family funeral. Lots of parking close to the entrance of the hotel which was helpful as our 89 year old mother was with us.

There was food spilled on the floor in the hallway in the evening which was still there in the morning. The breakfast was not very good. The waffle machine was out of order and the eggs were watery and not very hot. The bacon was not very warm either.

AC unit was frozen. Night staff was learning so took a while to check in.

Bed and pull out couch were hard as a rock. Should change the name to Discomfort Inn.

I didnt like anything. Drunk people around the hotel, dark and a lot of smell...

The breakfast was a joke. You can eat better from Dollarama...

The breakfast is good, however the breakfast area is very small and crowded.

We had a room in the older part and my son had a room in the newer part. It was twice as big, comfortable newer mattress, newer furniture. Ours was too small, one chair that was old worn out with many patches of vinyl worn off. Dirty unsanitary floor.

Double charged for room which I will be taking up with property, earwigs in the washroom and under alarm clock and lamp. New employee at front desk with no knowledge of online booking, place is in need of renovation

The hotel needs to be updated. Furniture is old and dirty. Carpeting needs to be changed as well as painting all walls including the lobby and rooms.

Great hot breakfast. All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Guests with trailers should have parked in the back area instead of taking up several parking spots.

The breakfast ladies were amazing. And the night front desk staff! The morning front desk staff was a bit rude. When I told her I found juice left in the fridge from the previous people who stayed in the room.

The rooms were big with a microwave and fridge. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I would¿ve liked to know in advance it was being used as a quarantine hotel. Especially because our adjacent room was one of them. Facility could use a little facelift and staff could be a little more happy but overall pretty good.
