Pool wasn’t clean due to too much chlorine and hot tub jets weren’t working

Pillows and mattress were all stained with covers put directly over them to cover it up. TERRIBLE!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hot breakfast was quite reasonable

Clean and freshly renovated. All in all was a really nice room. Only things that could of been better are stated below. The view sucked but nothing to really complain about

Shower had a high pitch wine. Bathroom outlet had a loode plug. Ac/heat unit was hard to use due to the area around it being extremely cold which affected the thermostat and made it hard to find the right temperature setting. Room doors slammed loud

The location is close to the 401, the mall and gas stations

The staff are very local, lots of their friend group hanging on around the lobby welcome center.

Beautiful room, breakfast changed daily and the hot tub was lovely

worst night ever the bed was not comfortable at all is sunk to the middle gross bedding definetly not staying there again for almost ---. per night is crazy the pool and hot tub was grossly dirty also

They are pet friendly but we booked a non-pet room. They placed a party group with a dog in the attached room beside us. The dog was better behaved then the people in making noise. Front desk said the room was not pet friendly but they ran out of rooms.

The hotel is under construction. Pool and hot tub are not functional. The mattress was very soft, kept sinking in.

Good location, great pillows and beds, excellent breakfast.

no room service even if you hang the sign to do. Staff are not friendly shouting impolitely in my face to answer a question. Too pricey rooms (--- $/night for first floor room with people smoking outside next to the A/C and you smell the smoke indoors).

The location was very convenient

The staff were unprofessional - not wearing masks, using profanity when speaking to each other. The bathtub had not been cleaned. There was a party in the parking lot near our room and staff did nothing.

The pool was closed. We did go next door but I hated that I had to take my kids back outside with wet hair on a cold evening to get back to the hotel. We were not offered any compensation for this
