Hallway was filthy. Graffiti on building. Only 1 of 3 lamps worked. Air conditioner was loud. Outside door did not close completely

Nothing much

The staff did not understand English and forgot my request for a wake-up call the first night. The bath tub did not hold the water and the toilet did not flush it was broken and the price was far too much for that kind of dump.

Hallways carpets were filthy, certainly needs updates. Room had smoking smell.

Location, it's right down town close to amenities.

Where do I start... its a Crack house, drug dealers driving around the building all hours of the night. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night. You must show ID to get your deposit back. Will never return!!! Do not visit!!!

when booking a buffet breakfast was included but was not given once at the hotel.

requested room cleaning beds re made fresh towels but none where given.

The price of the room and the location.

It is an old motel and it shows its age. The room needs a paint job to hide the patch jobs on the door and walls. The room lived a rough life and it shows.

That I got to leave after one night

Booked for 80 Canadian. On check in was asked for over 100. sneaky tricksters booked me to be billed in US dollars. 100+ for a shabby Belleville motel? 80 was a stretch. C¿mon First room they put me in was already occupied. Second one had no door

The location was perfect for the event we were in town for. The outside access was very great.

The room was clean but needs some updating. We booked a King room was not available when we checked in. Were told all that was left was a room with two double beds. As everywhere that was affordable was booked we had no choice.

My boyfriend and I are use to book in 1 and 2 stars hotel and, never got something like this. We stayed at de Masterson's motel in Napanee the night before, at cheaper price Traveller's inn (---$) and, room smelled good, sheets and furniture were clean .

It was close to where my son live, and close to a lot of restaurants. The room was very clean ans nice.

Well the control of the TV didn't work well, the AC made a lot of noise. I didn't like I had to give a 100 dollard extra for security. I am suppose the get it back in 3 days , I really hope so because I live far and I don't want to deal with problems.

Renovated not too long ago . Comfy Bedos. Clean bathroom.

Non smoking rooms did Smell from previous use.

BEWARE!Upon checkout the owner or whoever was running the office tried to charge my credit card again for the room saying that I didn't pay for the room which was paid for online a month before and then when he couldn't charge my card he tried to tell me that I couldn't get my deposit unless I paid for the room that I already paid for. He was trying to charge me again or take my $200 deposit and somebody had warned me about this from this place before so I advise if you stay at the Travelers Inn to make sure that you keep your receipts and show him that you've paid online because he will charge your credit card again!Also the room that I stayed in was infested with bed bugs I have bed bug bites all over me and was worried that I'd bring them home so I had to keep my luggage outside for a couple of days. This place should be inspected by some kind of health code or something it's a cheap option but at what price is just not worth it. BEWARE!
