TownePlace Suites by Marriott Belleville

The charges for the hotel was --- for the room. I paid another 90$ for a pet fee which is excessive, and another 20$ for whatever (unexplained charge) in total the room was ---$ for one night.

The staff were very friendly.

Not a 3.5 star hotel (eg the 2.5* Homewood Suites was nicer). TownePlace was a bit outdated, the room was smaller than advertised, it was clean but not spotless, pool was quite cold, hot tub broken, breakfast average at best, great staff.

The ice was not cleared outside - I slipped and fell, one front desk staff was beyond rude The hot tub needs to be fixed it is not hot more warm and the jets don?t work

After booking on line I called the Hotel and the desk clerk was extremely pleasant and confirment immediately that is great service. The room was spotless and had everything you could possible want in a room. I would refer this Hotel to anyone.

Not a thing

I appreciated the cleanliness and the very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The kitchenette was an added bonus and it even had a dishwasher!

The overall layout and conveniences in the room and hotel in general were great...free coffee and tea was nice to, staff were very nice and knowledgeable to.

the absence of a bathroom fan was the only issue could find, but it was only a minor issue.

They told me I could book the room for the second night in the morning, but when I tried I couldn't. Your pet fees are HIGH!!! There was no bathtub.

The Front Desk Manager was the epitome of professionalism. I needed and early check-in and even though I knew this would be hard to accommodate (check out is 11am after all), the manager did everything to accommodate my request.

A little far out in Belleville

Cleanliness, mattress and bedding, full kitchen, dishwasher.

Way too expensive for what you get, kitchen is in a hallway, no table to eat even though it said there was a dinning space, TV very badly positioned. Not sure how this is considered a suite (glorified hotel room with kitchen).

Since it is a new hotel, the building was very clean and pretty spotless

The location was in an industrial area. Still very nice.

Water flowed all over the bathroom floor when we used the shower. Seems like the slope on the floor is not adequate enough to drain water. That meant we had to walk on wet bathroom floor.
