Great Hotel staff !!! very Caring, very honest and gives great care to all there visitors. They all work well with each other to run this hotel efficiently. If I could I would give them a higher score.

Location is excellent, but the best feature of this hotel is the very friendly and efficient staff.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Staff were friendly, patient and most helpful. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection! Overall VERY impressed!

Love the standard of room in this hotel chain is always good and stay at this chain specifically for the comfortable beds.

The check in took far too long¿I was the only one being checked in and was pre paid but it still took 20 minutes to get me checked in¿far too long

The breakfast - especially at this tough times

Gym: - no water cooler - no TV controller POOL - no convenient place to change inside. That a problem when the procedure is that an hotel agent puts you in (your own key does not open the entrance to the pool) - nowhere to change - clock dies not

Honesty the hotel was exceptional so this is not a slam on hotel or staff but the morning coffee was amazing. It was amongst the best coffee I ever had. I just disappointed I did not order a second cup for my morning selection. The staff was all great

I¿m adding to the good side as there was no bad. The COVID breakfast was great and the morning women who was working in the kitchen getting our breakfast was exceptional friendly, efficient and happy.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially hotel employee at the front desk.

The price was a bit steep @ $--- / per night.

7 ppl watching the Raptors in our room, got a couple noise complaints and then got a written complaint with a threat of all the rooms booked together would get a 150$ fine each. the crazy thing is the staff that came up said you could barely hear anything
