Kind staff, free breakfast, free coffee in lobby, clean room, easy to find parking next to the hotel. Overall, it was very good.

I could hear a very loud child in the room next to mine. I did call the front desk and they'd say they'd look into it, but the noise continued (but not the next one, thankfully). Only 13 TV channels without any guide. Lack of complete shower door was odd.

The guest services manager was very accommodating and helpful allowing us to book in early since my wife was not feeling well The GSM personally went to check the room to make sure it was ready for us

The bed was saggy and should be replaced

No hot breakfast on Sunday morning. Hot breakfast are served other days than Sunday. The advertisment on the web page showed hot breakfast and I choose that hotel for the hot breakfast. I REQUEST a REFUND !!! I am really disapointed about that.

Very little to like. This hotel does not deserve the Quality Inn brand.

Very noisy from hall and in the room the fan would not run to drown out the noise, the bathroom door had never been oiled the curtains barely kept the light out. I hate giving such a negative rating, but is deserved.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out, with both a bed and a seating area, and included a fridge and microwave, which were especially useful during COVID when one is unable to dine in, many places.

The lack of pool, hot breakfast, or housekeeping made the hotel feel quite cheap, despite being quite expensive. The guests yelling in the hallway at night contributed to that feeling.

The floor I was on was recently renovated. Out with the beiges and in with the grey, black and white. Beautifully done. I was impressed.

The location wasn¿t really southern as described in the app. Our king room was changed to a double queen room. They blamed a plumbing issue but I do not believe that was the case.

Loud construction work at 9 am, in the room right next to mine. For this reason alone I will probably not stay again.

Incredibly rude staff, the manager told me my problem was my own to figure out it was under construction which was not mentioned prior to booking even when I had called the hotel to ask them a couple questions got a staple from the carpet in my foot

I like the location and price range.Nice big king beds.The free continental breakfast is very nice especially when you just gotta travel the next morning.

Upon entering my room the first night there was garbage left on the floor by the bed and the toilet was dirty with something that looked red on the base of it.

It was reasonably priced and easily accessible. Very good breakfast
