The shower was broken, room was very dated and gross.

Great room! Great breakfast! Free Parking! Helpful staff!

We already knew (before we booked it) that it didn't have a pool or a exercise room. We still enjoyed our visit. We'll look forward to going there again.

Staff not as good as they could be with exception of breakfast staff. They were amazing.

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport and many restaurants. There was even a large chain grocery store near by.

There were some very noisy clientele partying outside my window into the early hours but that is no fault of the hotel. Otherwise, I would probably use this hotel again.

Worst hotel, not recommended, very bad service, no coffee in the room, they forced to go to 2nd floor using stairs if you to get the room on the main floor they are charging extra, don’t recommend at all

Nothing is good about it

I liked the clogged toilet and the clogged sink. I. Like how the staff working didn't care and weren't helpful and having myself use the plunger and unclog both the toilet and sink. No gloves or disinfectant spray for germs/bacteria and COVID-19 NOTHING

The TV didn't work. Four days and no breakfast Over charged for the deposit and cost of the room. Vending machine takes money and never dispensened the drinks I purchased.

Close to airport and they have a shuttle to get you there.

People in next room fighting and yelling all night.

Convenient location, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff and decent breakfast included. Overall excellent value for a good price.

The staff were awesome... I had a car breakdown..thus slate late arivval. The lady welcomed me so genuinely,as dusted me where I might obtain a late nite snack, She informed me of shuttle time for my early morning flight and assisted me to print passes

Location.

Unprofessional front desk staff- no greetings, receptionst was sitting all the timeon checkin.Gave an room which was already occupied and i went in to both my and their surprise and embarrassment. Washroom towel holder was on the floor with all the towels

Parking area is not shaveld completely there was snow over there

Very close to airport with free shuttle provided.

A couple of minor negative points: 1) No elevator so you have to drag your luggage up and down stairs. 2) Heat control in room not regulated by thermostat so hard to get the heat setting just right.

Room are clean, Close to airport and Costco.

Breakfast room is very tight with limited seating. Serve imitation eggs and imitation sausage.

Everything is clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

Somethings show their age like the malfunctioning a/c and toilet operation.
