Homewood Suites by Hilton Winnipeg Airport-Polo Park

The room is spacious, there are full size fridge and dishwasher, a lot of dishes, cutlery and etc. High quality shampoo, clean pool.

Would be great to have more warm water at whirlpool and more time for breakfast (it was finished earlier than stated time). The patio looks good for spending time at night but it's prohibited.

Great lay out

very lond AC units old furniture old carpets If this was to update furniture, Air Conditioners and carpets this could be a awesome place to stay. How the Air Conditioners will keep you up at night ,furniture looks dirty because its is old and ragged

The rooms, the staff were exquisite

At Homewood suites - parking was an issue

Homeless man pooping outside main doors

Pool area was nice. Friendly staff and understanding. Late checkout was good too.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Security. We had to ask for another room key and the staff only asked for our last name. Would’ve been better to ask a few more questions such as date of birth and last 4 digits of credit card used to guarantee the stay. Or better yet, an ID if availabl

Room appears to be nice

I have stayed here so many times and recommended this place to friends/coworkers. On The past 3 occasions I have stayed here, the service was HORRIBLE, the staff were completely unphased by mistakes, no cleaning was done the whole 4 days, staff ignore u

Free shuttle Breakfast Size of room

I loved there evening staff and the weekend workers. They are nice and helpful.

Did not like the weekdays workers. Just not as polite as the evening and weekend workers.

the free breakfast and reception meal during week as well as the fact they allow pets

Dishes in dishwasher - All glassware had fingerprints so needed handwashing. Hairdruer not work. No place for boots amd coats at entrance. Access to pool area closed due to filter broken.

Surprising number of amenities.

The stomping of other guests in their rooms woke me up. Very loud. Management couldn't explain their policy on credit card pre-authorization charges or why they remained on the card after we checked out with no balance owing.

Excellent breakfast which varied each day. Enjoyed the 24 hour a day tea and coffee. wonderful staff at all levels. Wish I could have participated in the free food offer in the afternoon. arrived late thursday and left midday Monday.

would have liked perhaps some colas etc. in addition to the free tea and coffee. Wish the free afternoon food was available on weekends. very popular at Drury Inns. thank yoyu for a wonderfull stay!

Friendly staff--good breakfast

Heater hard to understand. Elevator call button not working.

Shuttle service. Breakfast was really good.

No cribs available, even after calling to make sure they had one for us as our flight came in late. No one to help make the sofa bed after 4pm. Supper slippery shower my son fell and hurt his head. Worst customer service Ever. Don't stay here!!

everything is close by, the shuttle where you want to get to, friendliness, polite, helpful and caring staff!!

Great room and very friendly staff.

frozen pizza served for supper

Having a kitchen

Not the hotel but the construction around it.
