- The location and hotel amenities was what we based our hotel selection on. The pizza night in the restaurant was excellent. The underground parking was a big perk in the extreme cold.

- The hot tub was not functional when we stayed. This was incredibly disappointing. It was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. The staff was not upfront about the hot tub not working upon check in. It was handled very poorly

- Change to hypo-allergenic bedding. Nothing is worse than arriving after a long drive and having to wait even longer for housekeeping to come to the room with bedding people wont die from. Remove the feathers entirely.
