1. Cleanliness was good; except for the extremely filthy mattress cover. And when the chambermaid left the unit, even though I hadn’t asked for the room to be made up, she/he left the windows open/unlocked on a ground floor unit. 2. The electricity in this unit needs serious upgrades. Plugged my hair dryer into the bathroom receptacle; it only hummed. The receptacle is warm to the touch. Then went to the plug/usb port box next to the lamp. This worked for about 10 minutes then shut off. Plugged it into power bar attached to extension cord for the air conditioner to finish the job. I repeat, the air conditioner is plugged into an extension cord into a power bar - is this even legal?!? The first night the power bar kept turning off when the air conditioner was running!

Room too hot. No heat controls

Central radiator heater. No controls in the room other than a dial on the radiator that did nothing. Room was way too hot. Had a hard time sleeping. . No bathroom fan and only opening window was a tiny one in the bathroom. A/C fan combo was all wrapped up for the winter and not usable. Will not stay again.

The outside of motel was deceiving but the rooms were very clean and the location was perfect.

This old motel has been repaired and refurbished. It is kept clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is an underlying smell that reminds guests of the age of the hotel but the owners have down an excellent job of creating a comfortable place to stay for a remarkably decent price.

Location, comfort, good value. Host/owner helpful and accommodating.

The outside could use a spruce up, an aspect that might discourage travellers to stop. However the room was spotless and extremely comfortable. There was a barbecue for use by visitors.

Great place for the amount paid! I really liked sitting outside and just enjoying the quietness of the area! It felt very secure and relaxing so I would give it a 10/10!

The outside can use a paint job the place does actually look a little scruffy if i’m being really honest. New Tv systems so you can air play from your phone that would make the place a 5 star i’m sure of it!

The room was spacious and clean. Number of pillows was adequate. Quiet place to stay.

There was nothing we disliked about this motel or our room.

There was no breakfast offered. We would have liked a coffee maker in the room.

The light switches needed cleaning.

There was no breakfast so cannot comment.

Walls super thin and the place appeared empty and yet they put us in a room with guests next door that talked and laughed until 3:30 in the AM. Thank goodness they were gone for the next night and was able to get a decent sleep.

The beds were comfortable, and it was close to the stampede grounds and the main roads

I informed when booking I had kids, when i asked them I needed extra blankets they gave me two and a pillow, next day I was told to come to the front desk where i was told that a staff worker went into our room( only the day before never again after that one time, fishy) and said because i have a child sleeping on the floor I need to give them a 100$ deposit for the blankets.....

No breakfast offered. Location was convenient. Fridge was convenient.

Bed was too high. Difficult to get TV working with control. Bathroom needs updating. The sugar and whitener packets were outdated and contents hard. I think the entire building needs upgrades. Walls very thin and could hear neighbors.

A basic clean affordable place to stay. the bed was great and lots of hot water. And the price was excellent!
