Shoreside Inn & Suites Wabamun

Nice family-run motel, served our needs based on location.

Some maintenance issues, but staff were receptive and helpful.

Bad Breakfast. Bad view of lake. Cigarette cans outside of room door.

Housekeeping Staff were great!

The room was really nice, large space and very clean, lots of things included. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff were kind enough to include complimentary chocolates and drinks for us with a kind note as well. Very considerate.

Close to shore and provincial park.

Room had double bed instead of advertised queen. Coffee cups were dirty, coffee maker had bugs in the water reservoir. Bed and sofa pull out were beyond worn out.

Clean, comfortable rooms and great staff.

Breakfast could have been a little better, I’d suggest butter for the toast, cream cheese for the bagels.otherwise everything was fresh and good.

The only downside was the proximity to the rail tracks. Not too loud but was woken during the night

A cute little town with everything within walking distance.

No milk for the cereal at the free breakfast.

The room was very clean and well laid out. Staff very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they didn't knock on the door every morning asking if I needed anything. They told me that if I needed something to ask otherwise they would just let me be.It was very quiet and relaxing for me.

I think that an assesability room would be a great asset to the Inn.

I loved the location for a summer vacation

It needed thicker blankets, and different different pillows

Very good service and very helpful. I love the bench outside my room. It was comfy to be able to sit and enjoy the sky and have a smoke in comfort.

They never made up our room while we were out and come back to unmade beds and no fresh towels. Also only had two of the bigger towels in room when there was 3 of us staying in the room. The breakfast wasn’t great and the waffle marker was hard to use and kept shutting off while I was making them. Took awhile to get them cooked. Also would be nice if the had more info on what to do in area.

We had trouble with the air conditioner

Room smelled like cleaner. Also smelled musty. Dog hair in the bed. No pool and couldn’t find breakfast

I think this property is family run. From greeting upon arrival and leaving, felt like I stayed there millions of times. The gentleman was extremely polite always asking if everything was okay. Breakfast you kind of meet all the guests staying and everyone seems to know everyone. Have made reservations to return in two weeks room 225

It was very noisy due to being a stone’s throw from a freight train line ( not mentioned in the ad) and also there was a lot of noise from guests nearby. The china was not clean.

The owner of the Shoreside was very helpful and friendly. The room had just been totally renovated and we appreciated the fact that all the old carpets had been replaced by tile and laminate flooring.

The service was Incredible, the bed was so comfy, The pillows were soft, the bathtub was deep. 10/10 reccomend Gave me a super late checkout without charging The breakfast was good
