Location and cleanliness!

Front desk associate was surly upon check in and when asked informational questions.

Comfortable beds, quiet, friendly staff, breakfast starts at 5:00 am.

Little pricey but not out of line for the area, lids for the in room coffee don't fit.

We arrived in town and decided to call it a day. Your hotel was very reasonably priced so we picked it. at arrival I was happy to see there was pool and hot tub, then found out there was a restaurant and bar which was a bonus. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly! The room and property were clean and nice. If I'm ever in your town again I will stay there

Hot tub wasn't even bath tub warm Gave me a smoking room and I don'tSmoke. It was awful Staff was so rude

The pool was nice but lacked signage

Elevator panels falling off the walls, pool lacked signage and had hand towels for the towels for people to dry off with. They need a credit card even though it doesn’t state that on the actual website, and on booking it specifically says no credit card needed. I have stayed in a lot of hotels without having to use a credit card. To not have this stated on any accessible platform while booking a reservation then having a strict policy is ridiculous. People need to be made aware of this policy before they book. Staff member was slow and unkind on multiple occasions. Beds were very lumpy and rooms lamps and lights were not working and the ac was impossible to turn on.

A great hotel with a pool, slide and hot tub. Staff were marvelous and the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food with monumental portions!!

Skipped breakfast

Mold is beginning on bathroom tiles. Regular cleaning of tiles could eliminate this. Heat was not turned on when I arrived, and I had to figure out how to do so.

Location was good.

We arrived and was just wondering if we could check in very early, just trying our luck since we are very tired and needed a rest right away. The lady I spoke with was not really friendly and kind of rude, explaining that housekeeping is not done, again we are trying our luck here, could have just said no and sorry but instead choose to have the long speech on how housekeeping works. But aside from that we enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Bad

I got a very smelly smoker room, the cigarette smell was so bad I could not sleep even after 10hours of driving. Terrible stay

breakfast staff was great, love the vouchers offered for a full breakfast. Night staff and day staff were inviting and helpful. and staff were great as always room was clean.

Hot tub smelled like mold, right from the start when we turned it on, did not stay in very long as the smell was too strong. first time we experienced this at the hotel. i was concerned i would get sick from the mold smell. The window screen in our room was broken, sad i was not able to leave it open. The bathroom fixtures had a possible mold or grime build up on the chrome. This was disgusting and all it needed was to be scraped off as i used my nail to see if it would come off and it did. Any sight of possible mold build up is a red flag.

It was quiet and we loved the soft pillows. Great location as well.

The beds were not comfortable and the AC smelled like dusty air. The room cleaners kept knocking before checking out at 11am.

Breakfast was wonderful! Huge portions ! Perfectly cooked. Staff was so wonderful and helpful.

Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, pillows same.

Breakfast was amazing.

Room was hot and clammy they couldn't get the AC to work. Only the fan. They told me the AC was working but the thermostat had absolutely no power to it. You can feel the humidity once the door opened. There was no screens on the windows so I couldn't even open the window.

Couldn't use the pool

The facility's location was appropriate. There were also rooms available, which is always a plus.

I was little unhappy with my overall experience. There was no complimentary breakfast. The entire building smelled like smoke, including the non-smoking area of the inn. My room featured a microwave and a fridge, but there were no utensils, pans, or dishes provided. I'm not sure how the fridge was set up, but it was primarily a storage room. It did not truly cool my items. The microwave was likewise not very powerful. I had to warm my dinner for quite some time. Finally, the gym was much smaller than the rooms, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

No time to get breakfast it was over by 10 am. the hotel is easy to locate and it has a swimming pool.

The beds were lumpy as usual, same as last visit. Ask for two beds could only book a suite, weeks in advance. The suite was not clean in some areas or refreshed for us. it was very hot in the room.

Room was adequate

The hot tub water was yellow, and there was soil, etc. on the sides of the hot tub. The floors in the pool area needed a good clean. Our room was clean but had a musty smell

Pool closed, on line booking said pool and breakfast included but had to pay for breakfast.
