Canalta Hotel Oyen

It¿s clean but the mattresses were worn out and the breakfast wasn¿t great. Too much spice on the potatoes and the eggs were chopped up to crumbs. Also when I tried to blot the grease off the bacon it crumbled to bits. The hotel did refund $40 for the po.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing to talk to and took care of me in a professional and courteous manner.

My credit card booking malfunctioned and I was called late at night to try and fix the problem. The restriction exemption program in place in Alberta is a violation of human rights and is discriminating anyone who exercises their right to body autonomy

found the bed a lil hard for my likin, overall a very nice room

It had a gym

Did not have a hot tube

Staff was great

To get cold water one has to run 2 sinks faucets for 30 minutes to drain stagnant water in pipes in the evening and again in the morning Very old carpets and room was dusty - one can see dust on tv remote and other surfacesVery cheap ingredients for breakfast

Spacious room. Nice coffee counter. Hotel felt new. Breakfast buffet was great. Fitness room was nice.

Everything was great.

Easy to find. Ample parking. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Breakfast was great..both hot & cold. Beds were fantastic. Staff was friendly & responsive.

Very comfy beds. Loved the staff! Very inviting and breakfast was amazing!

the cleanliness and location were important to my visit. Friendly staff that I passed by when they were performing their tasks.

there was not much that I can think of that I didn't like

Very good service and very nice and spacious fully functioning rooms. Wonderful chouce of hot n cold continental breakfast.

Hard to come up with answer to that question.

Rooms were spacious. Parking was huge so we were able to park our truck. Location is definitely good when you are travelling to/from Calgary

Breakfast has limited options.

Good location for my travels. Good items for breakfast. Large room

Room could have had a couch or chair.

Very quiet, large room. Spacious bathrooms.

excellent breaki; wasn't expecting full hot with sausage and bacon. Was allowed an early check in which was much appreciated.

all good

We had stayed for 1 night (Friday, March 11th) and checked out Sat. 12th. We had other family members staying there for longer than us. We were all there for a funeral. I am rating the staff question with 10/10 as it pertains to the young gentleman who worked the front desk that evening was excellent. Super professional, checked us in promptly, and was very friendly with our entire family. He also was handling the breakfast Saturday morning, which he did a great job with. Everything was attended to. - great to have a hot breakfast included. The lady who worked on Saturday evening (when we went back to visit family who were staying in the hotel for that night) was not as welcoming, ..and she was a disappointment compared to our previous night there.

One addition to the hotel that would be nice (for traveling with kids) would be a pool. But it does have a gym and a play/rec room which is nice.

The games room was a hit with the kids! It was nice to have a real continental breakfast instead of a muffin and a yogurt in a brown paper bag. The morning staff was excellent, and very accommodating.

The night staff (front desk) were not very helpful.

Staff was excellent, fixed a screw up of booking.com. I had asked for a ground floor. Booking.com did not pass that along to the hotel. Kelsey at front desk fixed it for me. All staff are helpful and very pleasant!

It was a little pricey!

Modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped.

Card entries didnt work from exterior when cold this morning.
