Pros +

Staff were friendly, efficient and provided extremely personalized service.
Clean, efficient, friendly. Great value.
Friendly staff Jared at the front desk was exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Cons -

the quality of the breakfast
The breakfast was not good. We were not able to select our own food. The person staffing the breakfast area was abrasive. The food quality was not good. The waffles had whipped cream as an option, but when served it wasn¿t real cream. It was cool whip.
No way to change room type from booking online.
