Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Medicine Hat

The rooms were a little cramped. Just for the star level and price I expected more. It was expensive. The breakfast room had trouble keeping up with all of the guests as there was many.

Pool has a lot of chlorine one can't even sit there for more than 20 mins Because of chlorine content, we had severe skin irritation

Everything looked new. Very clean. Nice rooms. They even had a bagged breakfast ready for 5am. Continental breakfast started at 6am.

I think the hotel should be a little cheaper.

Clean, modern, large room. Nice view and furnishings. Great variety of choices for breakfast over 2 days. Good proximity to restaurants.

I selected this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. At check-in I was told that the pool hours were 8am to 10 pm. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to take a night swim and the pool opened too late for a morning swim before my business meeting.

The location is good and there are three good restaurants nearby

Our room was not cleaned the last night we stayed there. And in our daughters room they took the towels and did not replace them

told hotel was special reunion of my 90yrold mom and daughters post death of her youngest daughter.Hotel did NOTHING to make her comfortable The accessible room had no safe chair to sit in

The way the room was set up, it had a new feeling and it was very modern. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at with the same star rating this hotel was far superior. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was too high I had a great deal of difficulty getting into it. The breakfast was not the greatest, the hot food was barely warm it didn't seem very appertizing there was lots of choice with the other food that was offered.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great.

First room we were in the tv didn't work. Staff moved us to another comparable room. Second room the bathroom door wouldn't close... ?! And this is a newer hotel...

Super new hotel . Everything very clean and new . The slide is great .

Breakfast is closed at 10am , it doesn't matter u r eating or on the way to get something, they will close the door in your face without saying anything ... this is a big surprise

Walking distance to the Canalta Center for Events. Very nice New Hotel. Check out is at Noon which is great as well. Has Food ordering options in the room directory and a Boston Pizza right next door. Fully stocked snack bar at the front desk

Clean. Clean. Clean...rooms, water park, lobby. Friendly staff. I liked that there was a pot of soup and scones and fruit bowl available in afternoon. Hot continental breakfast was more than adequate.

Finding the hotel from the Trans Canada highway was difficult upon arrival. We could see the hotel but getting to it from the highway took a little while.

The climate control was thermostat controlled. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door was a sliding barn type door. This did not muffle the tunes being played while sitting on the toilet. While the breakfast was good, it was lacklustre.

There was a car wash right next door to the hotel. After a day of driving across the prairie that was a huge plus!
