Friendly staff, no cable smart tv only. Not a great location.

Location.

This motel is owner operated and it is his pride and joy and his life. He will treat you far better than any manager that is just working for a wage. We only stayed one night but the room was spotless and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable Good Sleep

Towels were not the typical thick white hotel style. but more than adequate for our stay. There was even bottled water in the fridge. Great Stay

Good location near Highway #1. Very attentive staff at check in. Easy access on the ground floor room.

Everything. This is a basic motel with a full kitchen. We stayed here for a quick overnight stop and the location was great for that. The room was very clean and I could park my car right at our door. I highly recommend this place for clean, comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced, no frills accommodation.

Room was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was amazing! When booking, I chose this motel solely based on the proximity to a family members home, but will definitely book again because of the service.

Not the fault of the People, just a bit noisy, being close to highway..aft 11:00 got quite.

Beds were very uncomfortable, walls very thin ,people outside our room very noisy til all hours of the night,pillows were like rocks, not sure how they got the high rating

Location and small business

Room 105. Floors taped together with duct tape due to either damage or poor install.. Filthy comforter with stains. Coffee stains on night table. No remote for the TV. Smelled of pot smoke. If the room needs repair do not rent it out. As much as I can appreciate small family business do better.

We enjoyed how clean the room was! The bed was super comfy and great pillows! Everything was super clean and very nice and comfortable! Would definitely recommend! The owner was very kind and explained how to unlock the door and other details about the room we needed to know.

The parking lot was a bit dark, but it was okay!

extremely kind manager who took the time to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our room.room was very clean and bed comfortable as well! we were able to walk the riverfront by the motel as the manager informed us the beautiful river and walk! Thank-you for your hospitalilty and kindness

directions on Mapquest were a little misleading, but also were arriving in the dark and were not familiar with the area the motel was located.

I never entered the premises as I was completely taken aback by all the security fencing and the feeling of unease I got. Booked a room elsewhere

Despite the outside appearance, the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The facilities were very good with a good kitchenette. The wife and I both had a good night sleep. The bed and pillows were firm but this suited us. The manager was a very pleasant fellow and very helpful. We wanted to do some laundry and he said he would do it himself for a small fee. My wife had some trepidations but we agreed that he do our laundry. The fee was not much more than if we found a laundromat and did it ourselves. My wife was quite happy with the results. We enjoyed a great Chicken Korma at the Indian restaurant right next door. The hotel was very good value for money and I would stay here again.

When driving into the car park we had a ‘Oh my gosh’ moment as the surface was well past its prime, but appearances can be deceiving. I’m not so pretty these days but I care an awful lot about things, which sums up this hotel. With a few more customers the car park surface could be fixed.

very nicely renovated suites just recently done. owner did a very good job. Will recommend to others if they ever stop in medicine hat.

Absolutely nothing to report here. Everything was exceptional.
