Clean, very responsive employees!

Noise from people upstairs!!

Breakfast was only from 7 to 8 AM The food selection was very poor. No eggs in the tray, sausages looked gross. Who wants warm beans for breakfast? We sure don't. No coffee and when asked for more none showed up. VERY poor breakfast

The room was clean

Our toilet leaked so each time we used the bathroom our feet got wet

The rooms had outdoor access which was convenient for our dog. The room was also clean, renovated and a decent size. Breakfast was also included which was a nice bonus.

The heater/ac component made a screeching noise when it was on, no matter the setting. The bathroom door did not latch so it would not stay shut unless it was held and our room keys did not work the first two time so an employee reprogrammed them.

This was the worst experience I had staying in a hotel anywhere. Staff tried to meet my needs but failed because of the condition of the hotel.Locks broken,doors that you could not bolt,TV not working, heat blowing cold air only. I was not safe and left.

The pictures when booking were not at all representative of the run down condition of the hotel. It was a motel type and all the doors of the three rooms I moved to had doors that appeared to be kicked in; the door plates were hanging in a couple places.

Location and cleanliness. Checking in was easy. Breakfast was as promised. This was exactly what we needed for our trip.

Toilets were low to the ground lol Would prefer bar soap not body wash Breakfast only served till 9 am, which was fine for our agenda this time.

Hotel is average. Location is average. Inside room cleanliness was good.

No staff for welcome or help. There was only one receptionist who neither responded for anything nor picking up intercom. No water inside room. Vegan or vegetarian people - no food available except Kellogg's and milk. There was a shortage of everything

Sheets over and under the comforter.

TV did not work correctly despite a hotel worker coming in and trying to fix it. No Kleenex, showered gel bottle was empty. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was 80% filled with ice. I did not feel comfortable with the ice from the ice machine

New flooring in rooms. Great location

Didn¿t have good water pressure in shower. No hand soap provided only body wash. Hotel staff did not greet me right away and did not go over checkout time or breakfast upon check in

I liked that the staff was extremely friendly there was breakfast included with everything you could want to eat, the rooms were good very clean and quiet nice and warm on a cold night. I would give this hotel 5 stars definitely.

Nothing we didn¿t like we were very happy.

The name on the hotel [outside] was the White Wolf. That was a little confusing.
