We needed to change our booking by one day and we had to pay more than anticipated and had to change from a standard king to a queen. It would be nice if hotels would have some seating that is comfortable to watch tv. A couple of good armchairs or a love

Very clean.

The breakfast was awful. Lacked quality,cold greasy. Very disappointing.

Room is spacious with two queen beds. The indoor water slide is a hit for the kids. Breakfast is good.

It¿s just a bit far from Jasper. But we expected that when we booked the hotel.

The space in the room was awesome for the kids to stretch their legs after a long drive. We took advantage of the pool and waterslide and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

This is very minor in comparison to everything else but the pillows were not comfortable. It would also be awesome to have some gluten friendly options for breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the room we were swapped right away and cheerfully.

Walls are all patched, rooms look extremely worn. Our first room had hair on the bed we swapped second room had clean sheets to sleep in but there was here on the walls and again lots of patches including a fist Mark patched by the bathroom sink.

Nice comfortable room, hot tub, pool, exercise room and laundry. Breakfast was better than most.

The water slide was fun for the kids. The room was big and clean.

This was our first stay with this hotel and we were very pleased. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free internet, free parking and free breakfast was impressive. Also offered free popcorn and cookies anytime. We will stay here again.

Nice to have gym and pool in the hotel if you are staying for any length of time. Breakfast was very nice. A wide variety of options.

They need to upgrade their Wi-Fi system.

More like a motel than a hotel. Seemed like people lived in the room next to me.

I was impressed with the size of our room.

The pool wasn’t deep enough and the kids complained when they went down the slide and hit at the bottom.

Room was spacious and clean.

The hot tub at the pool was out of order, the hot water in the hotel shower was governed so unable to get it warm enough to be comfortable. Breakfast was pretty mediocre.

I've stayed here a few times, and each time I stay, I am reminded of why I do. It was a great Hotel before, and since the Reno's it now has that fresh new look to go with it. Our room was huge, very clean, and the bed was incredible! I also want to ensure I am adding in here that the breakfast is on point as well. You won't be disappointed!

The only complaint I have was in regard to the room. We stayed in the king suit with Jacuzzi tub, and while the room is very well lit for its size, the area where the coffee maker is could use a small light so you can see what you are doing. It was quite dark in that particular area, making it difficult to add water to the coffee maker.

Didn’t have the breakfast but the room and facilities were very nice

The train ran roughly every 30 minutes right behind the hotel which was a little annoying
