Acorn Motel

Staff was very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite. Had a coin laundry down the hall. Was quite.

No elevator. Not easy to carry luggage up steps. Breakfast was very limited.

Very outdated. Room smelled smoky and musty. Carpet was dirty and wrinkled. Fire alarm was pulled out and missing. Should've been a 1 star instead of a 3 star motel

Great location, rooms were really nice, we stayed in a one bedroom that gave us a ton of space. Staff were super friendly and the free continental breakfast was nice as well.

Can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. Maybe the stairs for people with limited mobility? Wasn’t an issue for me.

The motel exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the wonderful staff. One of the girls behind the desk, Joanna, was particularly cheerful and helpful whenever we saw her. A young lady named Badia was truly amazing.. Always with a smile and a great attitude. If I owned a motel, I would love to clone her three times to run my establishment. I would stay at the Acorn again if I had the opportunity.

This older motel is a real gem in so many ways. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our family suite was renovated and SO CLEAN! Comfortable beds. Very reasonably priced.

It would have been nice for the rooms air conditioning to be turned on before arriving. The room was hot and took a long time to cool down.Continental breakfast was fine but a hard boiled egg, yogurt & banana would have be a bonus.

The gal working the check in desk made us feel so welcome! She made the stay for us 10 star! The facility was older but very well maintained and I was very pleased with the accommodations.

Decent sized room, clean, free basic continental breakfast, budget hotel

Smelled gross in there. Beds were uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. Hot and no AC in the bedroom just a huge loud fan. Very dated

Check in took over 1 hour. I was the only one there. 11:00 pm. I paid for the room in advance. Lost reservation. Woke me up at 8 am telling me the water was being turned off in 15 minutes. The shower handle was broken and had to hold it tight during the entire shower. The maid came in and demanded to clean the room WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER! The desk threatened to charge me extra because the maid couldn’t clean! The continental breakfast was horrible. Nothing at all. When I talked to the desk about any refunds since I had to leave early, they said no. Also no manager to contact still Complained to booking and the hotel wanted to settle by apologizing!!!Run From This Place

the staff was very friendly. the rooms were really clean and tidy. no bad smells. the bed was comfy. it was quiet. ive stayed there before probably about 5 years ago and it was nice.. but this stay was much better.

the only thing I didn't like was the pillows. but usually I bring my own anyway.

The rooms where comfrotable and clean...which is the most important detail of the trip.

I would have liked for trivago or expedia apps to have a filter to show whether or not the motel includes continental breakfast because when you are shopping around for choosing a motel I would say this is definitely a factor to reflect pricing. I also could not find anywhere online that stated that continental breakfast is included.

One of the cleanest places I stayed North of Jasper all the way to Alaska.

The breakfast options were very poor. This also lacks a good breakfast place.

Updated drive up motor lodge. Great location with comfortable and spacious rooms.

The location was perfect, view was amazing out the window. We could watch the sun set over the mountains. Room was very clean

Pillows were terrible! We didn’t know about the breakfast, wish they would have told us about that when we were checking in.

It was easy checkin, young lady at counter was very nice when we got there, room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we are on a time limit for this trip. But will definitely stay there again!

It was a good location to restaurants

The room had a very strong smoke smell even though it was non smoking. Even opening the windows didn’t help. And the “breakfast” was a little lackluster. Not a lot of options and the cereals were stale. So not the best continental breakfast.
