Grande Cache Inn & Suites

Complimentary hot breakfast

Called ahead and was told the pet fee would be $10, when it was really $25.

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable room.

Clean, found a fair price for the room.

Quickness at checkout.

Convinuet

Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access

Good for a one night stop. Comfy beds, good breakfast

Terrible pillows, woke up with a stiff neck and a headache

Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel very nice waitress . Comfortable beds and quiet. Would stay again for sure

Great location when traveling to/from the Canadian Rockies. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Their free breakfast was incredible!

Clean room and friendly staff.

No continental breakfast.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Located right beside the info center. Comfy bed and pillows. There’s also a cool viewing room on the third floor. They should tell guests about. Great spot to see the mountains

Advertised free breakfast but the restaurant only had one person working so I gave up after waiting 25 minutes. The hotel should address this with the restaurant if they’re going to continue partnering with them. It was very disappointing

It was clean, friendly staff

No option for a later check out with a fee. When asked about a later check out I was told I would have to wait until the morning of to know if I could.

The breakfast was exceptionally good with great service! Right on the main highway, so easy to find & get to. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Big room and bright sun exposure

The price is steep for the king size bed room. But needed it for our toddler rather than haul a crib. Elevator is sketchy.

Friendly, clean, good breakfast

The room was really hot and we had a hard time getting it to cool down.

Superb

The only thing I can think of was the tv was too big for the cabinet. Either smaller tv or make a platform so you can view from a chair and not just the bed. Not able to turn to see from sitting in chair.

. staff was decent and friendly. room was clean!

breakfast was bland. the restaurant food was next to mediocre and the temps dropped to -30s and no place to plug in vehicles

Price was fair, but amenities lacking. The sign out front said meals available until 9 pm and so too did the front desk staff inform us, but when we ventured down to eat supper at 5:15 it was locked up good and tight. We ventured to another nearby hotel who just might get our business next time we are in town.

See above!

The stay was average for the price

The room is portrayed as non smoking but apparently vaping is ok I have allergies and can detect I had to take medication to be able to stay . Impose big fines for non compliance

Easy to find. Clean. Staff amazing

No pool. Overcooked fries, chicken strips @ dinner. Breakfast great

The staff were great, the pillows were very comfortable

The bed and television could be updated.
