Microwave didn?t work Heat was at 30 degrees, took multiple days for them to turn it down had to complain several times. Door key intermittently works

I booked a smoking room with a king size bed. Upon arrival I got registered for a non-smoking room, I mentioned it to the clerk. Then she put me in a Smoking room with two twin beds, not king size which I had booked. I was tired of making changes :(

No AC and the room was 26 degrees. I couldn¿t imagine staying here on a hot day.

Was supposed to be Non-smoking, got put in a smoking room. No chain on the door to lock it. Light switches work randomly.

Water is either scalding hot... or cold. Taps don't work great. Light switches work sometimes

the window inside the room can not be opened so no fresh air, the breakfast is simply & minimum 3. the attendant was not polite. I did talk to the counter I can checkout at 12 pm instead but the cleaning staff tried to knock the door numerous times:(

Room had old odour that was pretty bad

Paid $--- for a double bed. Fruit flies under plastic of disposable cups. Loud jarring noise every 20 minutes from ancient heater kept me awake all night.

Restaurant attached. Convenient access direct to many rooms.

We didn't get to eat and the location was fine

That they give us smoking room when I have small children I didn't like that smell at all not good for my kids

The front desk lady was very friendly and even called my room to check to see if everything was good and if I needed anything else. Great service

I love the mattress. I like how clean it was how great the staff were.

I liked the price and the free breakfast. Also the convenient location.

The smell of my room. Always make sure you make the correct reservations.Because I accidentally pushed the smoking room.So my fault not the hotel's fault.

That you had to go to front desk every time because non of there key cards worked. When I complained I was told to bad. VeryRude service highly recommend to book else where total invasion of privacy

The hotel had heating issues... Thermostat. In my room didn't work. Had to use a space heater to keep room warm.

Friendly staff, great location, quiet rooms.

Restaurant and lounger were closed for a week due to heating problems. Lobby was very smelly, possibly from sewage but unsure what.

Breakfast was ok. Would have been better if there had been a selection of fruit (not just apples) and some yogurt.

Rooms did not have air conditioning (central air for entire building only). Room was very stuffy and hot.

It was quiet and comfortable bed.

The breakfast was poor and their was no coffee or hot water as coffee machines were all broken. Also there was no hot water in the room.
