Clean room & breakfast at adjacent restaurant good.

Room was small but other rooms in motel were larger. Noise easily heard from adjacent rooms

My hotel room was clean. After reading reviews I got a bit nervous about our upcoming stay, but everything was fine! It's a motel so you don't expect luxury. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. Plus the restaurant there was yummy!

When I booked, the description said 2 queens and a sofa. Our room was 1 queen, 1 double and no couch. So, that was a bit annoying but our family of 4 survived. The room descriptions should be updated.

The staff was nice

The beds were Rock hard, the rooms are very outdated, there were bugs crawling up the wall, shower head was coming apart, it needs a good paint job, the restaurant was over priced for what you get. Was very disappointed overall

Rooms need to be updated with more care. Walls aren't very thick and it's easy to hear your neighbors.

The location is excellent. The price is affordable. The restaurant serves breakfast all day, inexpensively and yummy. I love that feature, as you can fuel yourself up once you wake up and be ready for the day.

The cleanliness of the room is questionable. Tons of dust in the bathroom, dirty bathtub.

Kitchen appliances table tops bathroom clean. Location close to town and museum. Adjacent to bike path .

Property generally rundown. Access stairs, carpets badly stained and worn out. outside lighting non existent, window opener not working in bedroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

They have been upgraded a bit, but the kitchenette blinds are past the need for replacement, and some fresh paint would be good. The light fixtures outside the units are nice but need spiders and webs cleaned off.

Great restaurant with home cooked meals.

It’s old - the floors squeak, the carpets need replacing, the bathrooms need serious upgrades.

The fan for air conditioning could have been better. One of the two did not work.

Have stayed here years ago- has definitely gone downhill since then. Definitely not worth the price charged.

Cleanliness, lack of quoted amenities( no coffee maker , no coffee, tea kettle but no tea, no hairdryer, TV would not work- Massive stainage on very dirty carpet( looked like old piles of vomit had sat there at some time). General smell of old damp and mildew in the room , which worsened with the turning on of the AC unit. AC unit sounded like an old diesel truck running in the bedroom- after about 0100 I turned the unit off and thought I would open window instead- only to find the crank handle was stripped and would not open the window. One mattress was decent 5/10 but the other was about 2/10. Even tried moving all the bedding to floor and tried to sleep there. Fridge dripping inside with condensation but yet our bottled water was only tepid in the am, not cool at all. Bathroom- caulking around tub stained and discoloured. I lived in Drumheller for about 7 years ,and this hotel was a nice quaint little hotel with great breakfasts at the pancake house. We dud not even venture into the restaurant this time around.

The beds were comfortable and good quality pillows. The towels were clean. It was nice to have a fridge stove and coffee machine. The room was large and check in was very quick and organized!

The floors were soft in spots the linoleum was extremely old, lifting and stain and sticky. The ceilings had many cracks that had been poorly repaired. There was hair all over the sink handles. The building is just old and in need of some serious repairs. The hotel and restaurant was very understaffed but kind and hardworking.
