- Yes they put us in handicap room where the window looked directly at the lounge with two bright lights and a TV on, and we could not pull the shade down to darken it. I had to grab a blanket and use it as a curtain to darken the room. Shower leaked badly.

- I?ve booked this hotel because it claims to provide free shuttle between hotel and airport 24 hours a day. However when I checked in at this hotel on July 12, I?ve been rejected to take the morning?s shuttle to airport as it has been fully booked.
