- If the location works, this is a solid two star option for Calgary. We paid $--- CAD per night in Jan 2025. The rooms were clean, reasonably updated, some with kitchenette and the beds comfortable. Lots of walkable shopping and restaurants.
- Clean room, good breakfast (not just cold cereal)
- Good value
Cons -
- External rooms were drafty in Jan. but had a kitchenette. Breakfast was the same every day and yogurt was always out. Disposable breakfast dishes are environmentally irresponsible. This should be illegal. Use your ceramic coffee mug from the room.
- Hallways were old and kind smelled like smoke, but we didn't t spend much time there so it was fine
- There was no elevator for my handicap mom and we weren?t aware so they booked us on the 2nd floor and said if we wanted the first floor we would have to pay way more! Not impressed
