SureStay Hotel by Best Western Bassano

the beds slept great. it was clean ALL around. Friendy helpful Clerk assistant with good attitude. Would reccomend to anyone. Would be nice if there was hot eggs and bacon, but still had Jimmy Dean sandwiches and the coffee was great too !

The staff worked extremely hard

They were out of shampoo completely, and seemed understocked and under prepared in general

We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the convenient location of off the main roads. The staff was very courteous and easy to work with during our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable..

TVs did not work.

We arrived in Bassano at 7:30 pm, and the hotel staff were quick to help us and were friendly. The room was mostly clean, minus the bathroom. There was some pubic hair left on the toilet and in the bathtub. I cleaned that up with a grease towel that was provided. The beds were comfortable.

There was a TV in the room, but it was not working at all. So, I decided to hook up to the internet; however, that was extremely slow, so there wasn't much for a 9-year-old to do while he waited to go to bed. I wouldn't stay in Bassano again, as there is nowhere to eat after 8 pm for anyone travelling with a minor except Subway.

Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Quiet, nice large parking lot for parking a boat

Clean, quiet, building and rooms in new conditio

Poor wi-fi that night

Comfy beds, clean hotel, nice location

Every thing the room was well equipped and very clean, as we have relatives in Bassano we will be back for sure.

The location, as our trip to Drumheller wasn't that far away. Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything

One housekeeper knocked on our door at 10 am saying that I had a perfume smell coming out of my room. Yes, mam, you did. The sink is right beside the back entrance.( Door was closed). I was spraying hair spray! Well, your smell is bothering me. Im sorry, I felt so bad for her! As a housekeeper myself, I couldn't understand why she felt the need to do that, she didnt clean our room. All we asked for was towels. Nope, she wouldn't even give us towels.. I went to the front desk later that day and got towels, and asked if this was a scent free hotel, to which I was told no!. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing Thank you, Bassano, for our comfortable stay! We appreciate you!

Nice jacuzzi in roomQuick check in and check outBreakfast was good

The rooms were clean and it was nice to Kari right outside your room.

Cleaning staff did not come at all, not even to restock coffee or anything. What I REALLY didn’t like - and it wrecked my whole feelings about the place - is that an older woman with blonde hair banged on my door as though there was a raid about to happen. I was right there so I opened quickly thinking it was family trying to joke and scare me. She says to me sternly “turn down your music”! (I had music playing on my phone). I said “oh ok sorry”. Then she says “I can hear it down in the lobby”!I was VERY far from the lobby so, for one that was a lie. Secondly, she was completely unnecessarily rude and spoke to me like I was a piece of shit. Because of her, I will never return.
