- The bed was hard as a rock, I could not get the remote to work unless I pressed it with all my strength, there was marks on the wall in the bathroom next to toilet. The beige couch in lobby looked dirty. Overall did not meet expectations

- It was filthy. Mold in the bathroom,crumbs on the floor from previous guest assume the room was never vacuumed. I chose this hotel because of free airport shuttle. It did not..the owner's wife took it because her car was in the shop.So taxi cost $80x2

The staff

Service from staff was good. Location is good.
No climate control at all first night. We were moved to a different room for the second night where the fan worked. But the resort has no air conditioning - just a fan that circulates outside air. It was warm and stuffy and I hardly slept.
