- Concierge staff And able to provide distilled water
- Beautiful lobby and great location. Complimentary birthday cake for the birthday girl.
- The staff were all incredible. The front desk staff were so kind and considerate. Always a marvellous experience here.
Cons -
- Shower and bath not functioning well
- Housekeeping is overworked. Dispenser bottles of shampoo & conditioner empty. Only 3 towels rather than standard 4. Wouldn't give late checkout so never got to wash my hair using Le Labo products. No discount for parking. Better service at cheaper hotels.
- The hotel is old & desperately needs to be renovated. 4 out of 6 elevators were down during our stay. The hotel seems to be running on reputation alone
