Accommodating and friendly staff, great location, right beside grocery store and Robson street, 2 min walk to Lululemon. Spacious, clean room. Comfy king size beds in both bedrooms. Hidden equipped kitchen. Lovely pool area. Enjoyed by all 6 of us

The lobby decor and the suites are beautifully designed . Well kept and updated .

Parking elevators and directions provided by stage very unclear . Lobby elevators require better directional signage

We like it because it has separated bedroom.

Staffs was okay, not that friendly at all. The Valet staffs are more friendlier than the hotel inside staffs. No one even says Hi to us. For a 5 star hotel, staffs here have poor manners. Rooms need to be vacuum, still dirty.

the housekeeping staff was not great. My room needed to be changed last night as kitchen sink was not working. Room service was not done everyday. Guest service staff was great especially ceaser.

While I loved the location because it’s downtown and walkable, I think it’s close to an hospital and we heard ambulances passing the whole time during our first night which kept waking the family up. The second night was quieter ; something to consider if you’re a light sleeper ; everything else was great

the front desk people are not trained and they tried to get higher prices than quoted on the parking for our car.

Some things lacking in the renovated suites. Mirrors in the bedrooms, kitchen supplies a bit sparse.

The location was great. Close to everything, shops, water, grocery store, cafes.

Room: It was an old room and it wasn't maintained as it should be. The carpet was ripped. The room was falling apart so they used metal plates to keep things together at the corners of the room. While it is advertised as a luxury hotel, it looks like a motel inside.Cleaning: The kitchen cleaning didn't meet my expectations. I called the front desk to request a better cleaning and the cleaners did come while we were out shopping. However, they didn't pay enough attention and the dirty spots left as is. Don't think cleaners are trained to pay close attention and wipe everything. Facility: There were 3 elevators and one was broken. The 2 working ones were slow. People were lined up to get on them. Overall, do not recommend this hotel. There were many other hotels in the city. Pick another one. Every year my family visits Vancouver a few times. We stayed at various hotels and we have experienced both good and bad. This is one of the bad ones unfortunately.

The location was excellent. The hotel is in a prime area, making it very convenient for shopping and dining, and there is an IGA grocery store right next door, which was extremely helpful. I also used the Big Bus city tour, and the bus stop being right outside the hotel was a big plus and made sightseeing very easy.

The hotel interior felt outdated, and the cleanliness did not meet my expectations for a 5-star property. Aside from the older decor and some visible wear and tear, I was surprised to find the room slightly dusty. The kitchen sink faucet knob was loose and falling apart, and on the second day, the bathroom light began flickering.Additionally, I requested replacement bathrobes twice, but they were never delivered. While the location and overall concept of the residence are appealing, these maintenance and service issues significantly affected the experience and fell short of what I would expect from a hotel marketed at this level.

This hotel has two sections. One side offers suite-style rooms with kitchens (darker-coloured interiors), while the other has rooms without kitchens, featuring lighter wallpaper. Many rooms are one-bedroom layouts, which provide excellent privacy and make it easy for 2–4 people to feel at home.Additional amenities, such as a microwave in the room, can be requested. The location is excellent, and the design, gym, and views are all very good — together making the stay comfortable and memorable.

Nothing here would bother you enough to ruin your day. And any communicated need is taken care of. Just towels in steam room can be cleaner and some essence can be added for use inside the steam rooms.

Walking distance to most downtown activities! Stores nearby. We had the full kitchen, living, room and bedroom. It served us well as we stayed for 10 days restful vacation.

I would have enjoyed a bath and was hoping for an upgrade to have a shower and bath.

The staff were amazing, efficient check in, concierge Services excellent, front door man staff excellent, polite helpful. House keeping staff polite helpful and amazing, All around excellent staff the week of Nov 25-28,2025 stay.

The mattresses in the room were horribleIt was like a camping mattress did not sleep well prior to or after having surgery due to poor mattresses. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room wasn’t clean properly. A lot of dust everywhere and the drawers had trash from the previous guest. Very disappointed. Last time I visited the hotel it was nicely cleaned That’s why I decided to go back.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our teens. Staff made up the sofa bed prior to arrival as requested. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Sofa bed mattress as expected. Location is perfect for walking around the city. Staff go above and beyond and are very friendly and courteous. The bar and restaurant are 5 stars. We have stayed at Sutton place many times and we keep coming back for the consistent service and warm , friendly staff.

Room was in need of an upgrade which we suspect is already in the works as a new chair arrived during our stay :)

The room was very spacious. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had Everything a family would need.

Liked that it was an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Worked for our group.

We have a big family and it comfortably housed all of us. The kids were blown away about how fancy the place was. We did the pool, oldest did the gym twice and sauna. The only thing that we didnt utilize was the restaurant.

Can't really say anything. Very awesome experience.
