- Close to where I wanted to be.
- The bed was a very comfortable queen size bed and the other room mates (on the days we had some) were very quiet. We had great sleeps.
- I stayed here for about three weeks. The owner, was wonderful, accommodating and caring. The location was perfect for getting around. The other houseguests were quiet and respectful. I found it quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

- It was very cold when we walked in. Not very quiet with thin doors. Bathroom faucet needed replacement. Breaker blew when another guest turned on their hair dryer.
- The room is quite crowded with no place to put things. Very expensive for what you get--- but Vancouver prices are very inflated so it is in keeping with the city, I guess.
