Great location

I tuned on the heater to high temperature, but not working properly. It was so cold all night.

Hotel location for our trip was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was $30 on a weekday. However that is average for Vancouver.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable

The hotel was very clean, which is one of the main reasons I booked here again for the second time. We felt very comfortable during our stay, and the room was cozy and relaxing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel after a long trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to rest after traveling.However, we were disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room. A friend kindly brought us home-cooked food for dinner because we were very tired, but we couldn’t heat it up. After such a long day of travel, it would have been very helpful to have a microwave available, either in the room or in a common area for guests.I hope the hotel can consider adding this small but important amenity for future guests.

Extremely clean, friendly staff, close to anything you'd need

the rooms were extremely hot or cold there was no balance even when changing the thermostat

Spacious room and the bathroom was really clean and nicely laid out with all the little things you need. The bath, body and hair products were of good quality.

Close to events. Smelled great. Very nice rooms.

No pool. Waited 30 mins for milk in the room and never received.

The staff were very helpful in allowing us to store our baggage and get access to it twice. The room was comfortable and had a nice bathroom.

Nothing that I can think of

Hotel was lovely in a great spot, the neighbourhood is also very nice. Close to the river for walking around town.

Location

Cleaning services need to be improved. Privacy and security were a concern — when we got back to the hotel, our room door was left wide open with all our things inside (perhaps the cleaning staff forgot to close it). I called the lobby to report — they didnt do anything.

Location was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Very happy with my stay here and would book again.

Unfortunately there were major roadworks at the time of our stay but obviously this was not something that the hotel could control.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We liked the glass water bottles in the room with filtered water available and the Nespresso station in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

Nothing, I've stayed here a few times and it's always great.

Nice room , clean facility.

WiFi didn’t work in my room.Booked the room. Notified the hotel 2 days in advance I will be arriving midnight to see if they can accommodate with the early check in if not unable to I would have booked elsewhere. They Told me it was based on availability and will try to provide early check in. Got to hotel and nothing was processed or even tried to accommodate only saying the normal check in is 4pm hotel policy. If I knew they weren’t able to provide the request it would have been nice to know in advance so I could have booked elsewhere.
