Pros +

Close to alot of restaurants.
The location was great & I was only in town for 2 nights & so didn't need anything super fancy.
The staff were immensely helpful and friendly.

Cons -

Very small room. Breakfast should include a juice, like orange.
The wifi was pretty difficult to stay connected to, which was problematic for an international traveler. They were painting the outside, but I honestly thought the inside could have used a little attention as well - perhaps that's in the future.
Room was a bit small, but not a big deal.

Perfect location. Excellent staff. Bistro pub attached to hotel is excellent. Rooms are basic and clean; ideal for an active visit to Vancouver.
