Noise. No nreakfast. Price way too high.

It was available on short notice at a reasonable price.

It was noisy - people running on the upper level very late in the evening, trains throughout the night.

I¿d give this motel 5 stars - for its 2 star rating. I liked the reno and while the motel was mostly empty it was quiet. For 2 stars it was very quiet. It¿s also off if the highway. It wasn¿t impeccably clean but I¿d stay again for the price.

The room was extremely hot the air conditioner isn¿t cold enough, the hotel indicated they have swimming pool and hot tub but they don¿t .

It was large to accommodate two adults and two children

The toilet was dirty when we arrived and tear on the floor

Access to highway and restaurants.

Generally pretty happy but the floor was not cleaned under the vanity. There was 2 green grapes left behind and LOTS OF ANTS!

This hotel is way over rated very poor shape on outside and very old and way to expensive for what your getting.

Was coming in late made provision to pick up key. Left my pillow they boxed it up for me and shipped it back. Great service.

Cosy hotel with wonderful owners! Very clean and nice rooms with a small table included. Owners were immediately responsive when I needed something for my room and were very friendly. Stayed with my two kids who also loved the balcony. Beautiful view!

Length of room was a little short as door opened right next to bed but otherwise roomy.

Nice enough staff, but the condition of the Inn is bad to questionable.

The rooms and building need many changes done professionally. I saw several items that made me question the electrical and building structure. It's a place to sleep in an unreasonably priced location. My suggestion is stop for pizza in town and drive on.

Very happy to hear and see the new renovations. We were very tired from travelling looking for a good nights sleep. NO TO COME.

Had to wear socks floors and room never cleaned after repair. Bath repair was paint not clean either. Pay extra to use microwave. Broken blinds,push-in door lock. VERY POOR NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE HIGH PRICE THAT WAS CHARGED. SHOULD BE ONE STAR IF THAT.

Close proximity to the Tim Hortons and the cleaning staff were friendly with smiles.

Overall just expected a little more modern and updated. its a lot of money for such a run down old hotel.

Proprietor was friendly and instructed us to park in a more secure location near his car when we expressed concerns about parking security.

This is not a 3 star hotel. This is a 1 star hotel. Our stay was acceptable but there is no reason to misinform about the star rating.

The staff/ owners were friendly and helpful. Although, in a very quiet town, was in the highway, was easy to find, good location which was close to restaurants and convenient store.

The room temperature was very hot! I have never been in a hotel/ Inn that hot... We stayed 1 night during summer via our trip to Jasper - we booked the family room and found the other 'room' a loft with broken A/C

convenient location to stay overnight before heading to Jasper.

Close to amenities.

There was a smell immediately upon entering the room. While having a bath I realized what it was...LOTS of mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was sort of painted over, but thats more mold than can be safe. Shameful!!

The rooms are dark. The beds were extremely hard. I woke up sore and tired as did my son. Limited tv channels which you can live with for the night but the tv screen resolution is bad. Rolls and freezes.

Internet is horrible. Pool is old out dated. Shower didn't work. Vi would never stay there again. The walls are to thin you hear everything.
