Days Inn by Wyndham Valemount

Location was good

Staff was rude, there was no breakfast as advertised, the smell of chlorine was overwhelming, the door on the back of the hotel wasn't locked or secured, the doors dont block sound, the walls need a wash and the BRIGHT outdoor light is on all night.

2nd floor pool entrance only has a gate... No door. Chlorine smell and noise from pool was right outside our door.

I cannot judge the hotel since we didn¿t get to go because road closures and detours of 12 hours. We were 1.5 hours away from the location however due to detour, we would not get there until the next day.

Checking in & out was a breeze. Staff were friendly & polite. There's a pool but no restaurant in the hotel. Good for an overnight.

No Hangers in the King size bed room. The room was next to a kitchenette room that was noisy all night. Bed was to hard on the back. Like sleeping on a Rock...

It was easy to find. Close to Tim's, A&W, Liquor Store, Gas Stations.

It's little out date, but nice.

Worst in-room toilet paper ever! Thin, prone to tear while in use (!). Not impressed. I paid enough for the room not to have to bring my own TP.

Exceeded expectations. Mother daughter trip. P/p up uk fam in Jasper who took the Rocky mountaineer from Vancouver and have a girls road trip from there. My first online bookings and we end up back in Vancouver 2550.0 km/4 days later thx mr shatner

No. Great community and people. Please explore Valemount. I am from Kamloops always driving thru to Rocky Mountain AB from Kamloops BC. Worth the time. And best pizza!

We were able to park close to our room and although the hallway Capet and some rooms I saw had outdated (old) carpet, our room had laminate flooring.

The website states breakfast included. That is false. There is no breakfast and the snacks were very overpriced.

The thing we didn't like and couldn't have a good night sleep is because the AC was making a very loud weird noise.

Our room was clean, had free Internet and parking. Our room was not facing the parking lot or street so was very quiet. Check in was fast and easy.

Only hotel left with rooms available. Located next to a nice creek to walk by.

Paid alot of money for a room with 2 king beds and jacuzzi tub. Room was very dirty, didn't look like they even vacuumed, there was dried noodles on the floor . AC did not work, TV wasn't working, pool was closed and no breakfast.

The front desk clerk went above and beyond to be accomodating (he even moved his own car to give us a parking spot as the lot was full). Very helpful. I will absolutely be choosing this hotel again. The room was large, comfortable and clean. A+

The exterior and carpets in spots were quite worn looking, giving an initial false impression of lower value.

Ease of access

No night table. No chair or table to use. Had to ask to fill soap.

Our hotel room was amazing for the cost. It was clean and very very comfortable. Our bed was also very comfortable.

When we walked into the lobby there was the smell of very strong detergent. This might be for covid-19 but it was overwhelming as I am sensitive to strong cleaners.
