Location and breakfast

The location.
Breakfast cook was rude. Check-in communication was less than comprehansive.
good location
poor access, poor groundskeeping, small dorm beds, mold in shower and toilet areas, poor heating controls
Location is nok
No help desk staff, didn't tell me that I have to pay for the parking
Clean, great location, had everything I needed. Simple and functional and clean.
Location
Very hot rooms very sparse
The location is this hotel¿s distinguishing feature: it¿s right on the University of British Columbia campus!
It¿s more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Everything was very basic - couldn¿t even find enough outlets to recharge all our electronics.
It was generally clean (although rug had a large old stain in it), and the staff were very helpful and accomadating. Located in out of the mainstream nice area.
Large old stain in carpet. The conversion from university housing to rentable "hotel type" of space needs some money to be spent by the university, to make the rooms more user friendly.
The room was clean
Felt like I was being scammed. Before I even checked in they where trying to charge room to credit card. When i arrived they wanted a different way for payment ie: cash. Even though they said my credit card was declined it worked with no problem.
Simple clean room, friendly staff, great price and value. Quiet campus yet close enough to city for touring.
No A/C, but large window provided plenty of fresh night air.
Location
The noisy works star at 7am. The breakfast
Location
Never cleaned the room
This was exactly what I wanted. Close to my exam, simple yet for all our needs. The water pressure was amazing!
No air conditioning plus the fact it¿s not a hotel but a dorm building.
Location
No air conditioner
