No room care after we checked in. The carpet needs cleaned or replaced.

Living area wasn't bad.

The bathroom, toilet had stains in it, the bathub needs caulking inside and out, had dark spots on caulking, mold maybe? and no elevator, my wife has bad ankles and couldn't walk up and down the stairs very good.

It was conveniently located to the location I was attending during the day. Having a Denny's attached to the hotel was extremely convenient for breakfast and supper. Extra entrances into the hotel were also a great perk as you didn't have to walk in hotel

I believe I was overcharged for my room. The booking rate and the actual rate were two different numbers. The shower had mold in the grout. Staff did get it cleaned however, it shouldn't have been there to begin with.

I was letting my coworker stay in my room as I couldn’t make the trip was told no problem when he showed up, they charged me, not him

Clean neat With nice wallpaper and drapes. Bed was comfortable. Looking out the window onto a lane with stacked up lumber, etc. could be improved, but no biggie. Denny’s restaurant is attached, which was convenient. Front desk staff were very helpful.

The mattress was “squeaky “ not the bed but what ever they use for a mattress topper, it’s very annoying. Everytime you move it squeaks . Not a good sleep

The staff was kind and friendly the bed was comfortable , the room was clean and it is attached to a breakfast restaurant.

The room was a little small. But it worked just fine for a quick stay.

Was not told we needed to opt into cleaning by putting sign up by 10am. Asked staff clean and they did not. No towels by the pool.

It was central in Terrace. The staff were super friendly at the front desk. They allow pets. There was a full kitchen in my room which is nice to be able to eat some real food while travelling The bed was really comfortable and the tv had lots of channels to choose from. there is also a fitness room in a pool and it’s right beside a Denny’s for a nice breakfast . The staff at Denny’s were all wonderful as well

A suggestion would be to have a Roku or something for the tv so I could stream my phone. Other than that the place is great

Good location, good price

Extremely worn out property, facilities dated, air conditioning emitted a weird smell all night, staff were absent and extremely senile (sorry)

It was nice having the Denny's attached to the hotel. The staff were pleasant.

You could tell that the hotel was a little on the older side with the bathroom being way too small, the toilet seat needed fixing, our passkeys kept failing and unfortunately, we could hear the people's conversation from the next room.

Over charged meThe online price was way different then what I was actually charged. Had a random door connected to another room that I couldn’t lock which was scary as a mother traveling alone with two children. The pool was haunted and super creepy, the super loud fan scared my kids, it was extremely loud and went off every 5 mins.

Spacious was big enough for my family, location is perfect and price wasn’t to bad either

The key card didn’t work some times at the doors but the location of the other entry ways are perfect!

Staff was nice, clean

Bathroom tub wasn’t usable due to finish peeling off.Rug not so great would not walk on it in bare feet. Bed was very soft and moved off box spring very easily.
