Asked for extra pillows (2x) because it was a medical trip and I needed extra neck support, never got any!! Front desk clerks did not make any eye contact and the lady clerk was visiting with other staff instead of helping us check in!! Stinky City!

Location closet to casino

Everything like microwave and iron are for rent. Must get from front desk and carry up to room. No ev chargers on-site. Price charged should have had all these simple things. Many higher value option an available.

Cleanliness, location, Nice Hotel. Awesome breakfast downstairs.

Price was a high for 3 people in 1 room considering 2nd bed was pullout couch, terrible to sleep on. should of given us a 2 Queen room not a king & pullout. No disabled parking at front doors, staff was parked there..? Noisy rooms from heating system.

We usually stay here when we travel to PG. We like the rooms, the casino and the pool BUT one of the main reasons was their amazing hot complimentary breakfast....we learnt that they no longer do this breakfast! They actually dont fo ANYTHING

I that cannot believe for the price we paid that there was no breakfast. Nothing at all.

There was no continental breakfast. Could not have a bath as plug would not go down.
