Location and room styling. Balcony seating area was great to watch the lake and drink a glass of wine.

There could be better lighting near the back of the room and closet storage.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Bbq area is great. Overlooking the lake. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The location was great. Our suite was a very good size with a well equipped kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, stove, oven, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, and cutlery). After we complained about cleanliness, they did respond satisfactorily.

Room not at all clean when we arrived. We swept up much sand, food crumbs, and detritus from previous guests. Clearly the room had not been vacuumed. Floor desperately needed washing. Dishes/cutlery needed washing. Found hairs (not ours) in the bed.

Wonderful location.

Difficult to access the second floor rooms for seniors, as there is no elevator.

There was no kitchenette, only refrigerator and microwave. That was slightly misleading.

Very good location, resort was renovated and upgraded outdoor furniture, barbecue and rest area.

Misleading on pet protocol. No staff answered the call phone calls no way to directly get a hold of the resort. I did not like the property.

Did not enjoy did not stay did not even step into the hotel room. Pets were not allowed, even though it stated on the website, not somewhere where I would stay garbage all over outside unwelcoming staff and a guy and a hazmat suit was cleaning one of the rooms.

A contemporary motel right on the beach that’s affordable, cozy and very clean. Beds were great! Sturdy, solid wood frames, perfect foam mattress. Bathroom renovated nicely, very fresh, strong water pressure, instant hot water, brand new soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser on the the shower wall. TV, light fixtures up to date. The motel was probably built in the late 50s, early 60s, but has been modernized wonderfully. An elegant designers touch is all too apparent. While modest, it’s quite frankly a beautiful beach motel. Highly recommended!

Quality of toiletries/ towel/ toilet paper could be better. But they were more than adequate. Some little bugs got in at night and kept falling on the bed from the ceiling.

Great location, lots of restaurants around, place was clean, bed was comfortable. Loved having the bedroom separate. Loved the washing machine and the availability to use the fire tables.

We were on the main floor so you couldn’t open the blinds and get natural light unless you wanted folks looking in. I’m never a fan of sheets over and under the duvet rather than a proper duvet cover. Also not a fan of single ply TP

The room didn’t have enough lighting and was very dark it also needs a dress mirror.

Location was excellent. Fully renovated and user friendly.

Some of the stairs were steep. The exit at the back of the property is very narrow.

Great location. Good value for the time of year. Reception staff that I spoke to on the phone was great.

Nothing extravagant but served the purpose for this trip.

Location

It had been updated cheaply. The bedside tables had places to charge iPhones and iPad but one was not plugged in because there weren't enough electrical outlets. There was no sign on it to indicate it didn't work. There was no screen on bathroom window so it couldn't be opened. Fridge freezer was almost unusable because of frost buildup. Locks on windows were really cheap and not safe to open window in bedroom even though it had a screen. No FaceTime cloths in bathroom.

Close to beach, clean, nice fireplace

Very clean, convenient to the waterfront, great view of the lake.

It looks like it belongs on a postcard from the 60's. They have done a fabulous job of modernizing an older facility. The beds are extremely comfortable.

It's tiny. TV took a long time to figure out. No coffee maker, just a French press.

Amazing location right across from the lake and dining options. Main street is a short but scenic walk away. Parking is easy. Nice complex, very clean and comfortable

An extra hook for towels and/or another mirror would be helpful in the room - these are very minor thoughts however as the set up is otherwise excellent.
