Best Western Penticton

Breakfast is great and the hot tub and pool, while a little older, are great after a day of skiing

The price was good. The bed was very comfy and the hotel was quiet. Throughout the entire weekend, we were one out of maybe five guests max at this location.

Be prepared to drive anywhere you need to go or take the bus. This hotel Is not within walking distance. Hotel staff was very odd while checking in and made me not want to go back.

The room smelled great. The pool & hottub were enjoyable The breakfast was delicious. I would of welcomed a larger variety of fruit.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, with no extra blankets There was no option of filtered water in the room or offered to purchase at check-in, the tap water was very chlorinated & undrinkable. No view from the window except a solid wall.

The way the staff made you feel welcome It was quite refreshing how they all seemed to enjoy working together.

The room was comfortable, clean and had many little amenities like a good coffee machine and Tim Horton coffee. The view out my front and back door was pleasant with mountains surrounding the town and the hot breakfast was delicious.

Location

The fact that these ignorant people would rather worry about whether or not a customer has a credit card vs. Leaving a pregnant woman out in the cold, in a strange town, no other hotels open near by in the middle of the night! The room was already paid!

Front desk clerk was excellent. Gave us a bottle of local wine upon check in. House keeping missed a plate of food in our microwave, we contacted the front desk, it was removed immediately. We noticed the next day, with out asking, a $69.00 credit given.

Clean, close to Skaha Lake, and downtown

Well equipped suite, good grounds, convenient parking, good breakfast included.

Only problem was a breaker tripped during early morning as many people were probably using power to prep for a major cycling event in Penticton that morning. Power was restored within 10 minutes or so. Not that big a deal, as it was already daylight.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with many items to choose from and the breakfast area was very clean and kept tidy by the staff member there.

The power went off twice in the room while I was using the hairdryer and the light on the night table went off and would not come back on. The fact that you had to go outside and walk around the building to get to the hot tub or pool or the breakfast area

This motel features a free breakfast that tastes as good as it looks. They try to buy their supplies locally and the quality of the food is better because of it. With an indoor and outdoor pool this is a great place to stay anytime of year.

We were the farthest room from the breakfast room, top floor with outside entrance and stairs that was very slippery from the snow and ice,had to go outside to get to lobby, breakfast room and pool and hot tub that was closed the three days we were there.
