The bed smelled like a sweaty goat. It had a foam topper that was very uncomfortable. Just based on the bed, I would not return.

The owner doesn't speak English and so communication was incredibly difficult. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy and pretty much useless and also the security gates were ridiculous

Grounds were dirty, used Q-tips on the stairs, extremely loud, every time someone walked passed our room it shook the bed. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. Overall it felt unsafe.

Location is great.

Stained sheets. Kicked in doors, complete with screws to repair door jambs. Rotten flooring. Police patrols in parking lot. Leaking faucets. No functional deadbolt lock. Noisy parties into early mornings.

The manager trying to get in my room after I checked in. Needed to give me an air freshener.. I had the chain on the door Dated room bed old pillows old thin sheets stained not white towels. Old kettle that leaks coffee machine hardly works One coffee

Hotel employee is the manager, and he was so accommodating to us. The room is great value for the location, and the pool is great. We were so pleased our first night that we decided to stay a second, and later a third! Would absolutely stay here again.

Loud outside, clearly drug users all abjure. Rooms were gross.

The staff is really aiming to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

I think the bathroom is in desperate need of some TLC. The fan does not work properly so the moisture is slowly creating some damages.

Price, Location, size of room, kitchenette

The room was so cold and I was not able to turn on the gas heater. No one was in the office at that time 10 pm to help me. I just slept in a cold room.

Our 2 bedroom unit was fine, however, I was not expecting the location to be in a bit of a sketchy area which explained the great deal for 3 nights Location is a 5 minute drive to the City Center and water & staff was accommodating. All in all we had a great time on our weekend getaway.

The place is very well-maintained, nice and clean apartments/rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owner. He tried to do his best to provide us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Nice yard full of flowers, clean swimming pool. Amazingly low price for such a nice motel! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, dear owner!

Clean and spacious, close to lot of food options

AC is very noisy. Bed could be firmer.

Good big clean rooms, close to enough restaurants on main Street but still inside to not hear any noise. Friendly staff! Surprisingly you do not any noise from neighboring rooms as the walls are concrete. Enough parking space too.

All good for a reasonable stay for a couple of nights
