Good location in Penticton. Easy to get to.

A few things broke & did not work. However the staff worked hard to fix things & that was appreciated.

Leak by the air conditioner, made the carpet wet.

Little details for people that may have forgotten to bring a pen and paper, better arrangement of living room furniture. Nothing major

Basic hotel accomodation.Complex was well mintained,comfortable and very well priced.Across the street from beach,and close to Casino and a variety of restaurants.

Their suite was spacious, well-equipped, and attractive, although not high-end NB I reserved it for family from abroad.

For the price it was pretty ok. Bed had nice linens

My only complaint is that I did not have coffee refills because they did not service my room for the 3 nights I was there

Location is great. Bed was comfortable. Room was compact but very clean.

Could not get coffee maker to work and bathtub faucet did not work. I felt that outside stairs were treacherous.

Very clean ! Great location! Beach across the street and several awesome restaurants around the corner!

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice to have A/C and access to laundry.

no out door pool & Parking is Terrible

The location was excellent, right across the street from Okanagan Lake. The Staff was very accommodating, but clearly stressed about not have enough cleaning staff, as my room was not ready at 4:00pm.

There is not enough parking, they were short cleaning staff, and the ones they have are over worked. It looked to me like our room was done quickly with not much attention to detail like cleaning the tub and vacuuming.

Ya, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there were cobwebs in the living room and little bugs in the shower. Nothing has been updated.

This hotel is old and not renovated like the sign outside says. There is no soundproofing between rooms. Dur to Covid it was do it yourself housekeeping having to exchange your own towels at the front desk but price is still a premium.

There was no housekeeping during our 6 night stay (due to covid). We could place towels outside for fresh ones. I was instructed to take our garbage to the dumpster myself. Perhaps the hotel should have given a discount in lieu of service.

room was not very clean shower was terrible parking was terrible booked room for the bottom floor but was booked up on second floor so had to do stairs and unfortunately i have difficulties going up and down the stairs which they were told about.

We definitely loved the location. I did not realize that there are steps to climb to our room. Also, we had to switch rooms and upgrade and the fridge was so low that our milk spoiled in one day. We could not turn it up and the last day asked someone.

Like I said, when we got there there were three bulbs not working. the connecting cord was broken. For the hot weather the fridge was too warm. in last room no microwave. But we'd go back because the location is fabulous and next time I'll know what.

Bed is good, room is ok, TV is archaic, bathroom is not acceptable, non professional maintenance or repair.This is what you can readily see, how clean is the rug that you walk on, and others, with bare feet? Keep your shoes on!
