Comfort Inn & Suites

Location, lift and customer service. Specially customer service was excellent.

Bed sofa was little uncomfortable.

It was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the concert and walk back.

Pillows could be a lot better. Also a vending machine because there is nowhere late at night to get anything.

Nice front desk people. Clean room and beds Good internet connection good location(close to the lake and restaurants)

Location to the event was ideal, room was spacious and clean, employees were very welcoming and engaging

Install blackout curtains so the neon sign out front wasn¿t visible at nighttime - too bright.

Older hotel but excellently maintained and run. Every thing worked as it should

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here during May long weekend. We had a king room which was comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The best part was the new bed, we both had a GREAT sleep and would definitely stay here again!

It was clean and had everything we needed. I like that it included a mini-fridge, little freezer, and microwave. I liked having a king bed and it was a good size room. Very close to downtown Penticton as well, and a good price.

At night, the room was very bright. Make sure you bring an eyemask, I found it very hard to sleep due to the outside lights they have on all night. It shines all around the curtains and it's not dark at all in the room when you sleep.

Very good location, no fuss or frills.

The pool access was a bit weird and the lobby/rooms seemed a bit vacant. Could use more homey touches.

Staff are friendly and pleasant. Location is minutes away from the okanagan beach. Clean rooms. Husky gas station and Tim Hortons are across the street.

It was super quiet and roomy ! The pm shift clerk was great

Hotel employee were happening and the pool was closed

Good location, warm and clean.

Complimentary water for coffee maker would be nice

Location, staff were very friendly, room was large

Sofa bed mattress was terrible and needs replacing

I asked for room that was wheelchair accessible. Got 2nd floor. Elevator so small, barely room for wheelchair & me. In the morning coming out of the elevator front wheel slipped into opening in door. Called for help but I as ignored. Helped by another hot

8-8.5 ish. It was all I needed for one night stay. The staff were helpful. The room was a big enough size.. And the restaurant attached had a nice breakfast. Slightly out of the main town but Not by much and in some ways perfect for not being so busy.

Beds were a bit hard for me. But that’s always a personal preference. Lots of pillows & comfy sheets which helps. There was no toilet paper or soap but that could be due to covid. I don’t know. Had to ask but staff was great so no big deal in my opini

The beds were very comfortable; the fridge worked very well; the room was clean. There was ample parking.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. Unfortunately, one of the bathroom lights was missing (removed) which left the bathroom rather dark (without a window) and the fan did not work. They were out of bars of soap and had only gel soap.

Shaw Wifi worked great. Shower was amazing. Bears restaurant (attached) opens at 7, (Dennys is across street if earlier required) was clean and the food was good and fresh. Staff great and attentive.

Front desk staff might need training from HR on app-behaviour. Blinds in the rooms. Floor in front of the heater/ac unit was damp. One of the 2 beds was dirty with long dark hair and dryer/belly button lint at the foot of the bed, the other was fine.

Cleanliness Front desk staff to guest appropriate engagement

Front desk phone not answered timely with spotty or no presence during the very late graveyard shift.

Good big bed.

location too far from downtown and fairly noisy. Veery hard to get into our room with the plastic key.

The Bed

Extremely small washroom. Look at the back of the property and you will see this was a very run down property which has received a new coat of paint and only 1/2 of the windows have been replaced......

Our room was very clean and well equipped. Front desk staff were friendly.
