Musty smell. Outdated decor

There were ants in the room and spider all over the balcony.

The ants and spiders. Also they decided to mow the lawn at 9am.

This hotel is in an amazing location right on the shore of the beautiful Okanagan Lake. It is a few steps away from the wonderful outdoor museum of Okanagan Lake Boats. I enjoyed free parking a few steps from my room. The room was updated and clean.

Booked on booking.com, instructions did not include office was open 4-6!!!!!! As we arrived at 7:30 there was nobody to check us into our room, and we were forced to make late emergency alternative arrangements as there was no contact number and did not respond to email. Since then they have been dragging their feet about refunding, to the point I feel it is necessary to file a criminal fraud complaint with police, FCIC, Better Business Bureau, and contest the charge on Mastercard as fraud. Clearly, customer service is not a priority!

The location was perfect for our family vacation!Directly across from the beach, with lots of restaurants within walking distance.Close to the Main Street of penticton, and the farmers market was amazing! As well, the Chinese restaurant attached to the property has the best sesame chicken! I can’t stop thinking about it!

The staff leaves at six pm, we had to check ourselves in and out which was fine since our room had a punch code lock

The location was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk were also incredible - very kind and accommodating, it was lovely chatting with them! Being able to book a 2 bedroom, pet friendly place was super convenient

The rooms are a bit basic but there is everything you need and it matches the price you pay

That you couldn’t smoke outside your unit. I’m handicapped and made it difficult to go across street.

Emma the front desk girl went out of her way to accommodate us with extra linens and letting use the hose to rinse down our car. Plus we couldn’t get the wifi to work, but she also helped us with that! Great customer service

Location/Friendly Staff easy check in/ out

Very run down, no proper bedding on beds, didn’t feel sanitary and the coffee machine had seen better days. It was all yellowed and very old.

Location is great.

The room was not clean. There was a used towel hanging in the bedroom and open shampoo in the shower. Room had not been swept but there were two brooms in the room. The office hours aren't convenient, only 10 am to 6pm so check in or out is a pain. They say ample parking, that is a lie. We had to park in an ally. They dont have any ice. Way too expensive for what you get.

Great location, right across from beach.Pool was a bonus with a small grass bbq area beside pool. Bed was comfortable.

Pool and grassy bbq area both need attention and clean-up, they look uncared for. Cleanliness in unit was disappointing. Crumbs in cupboards, barely any dish soap, A/C worked but screen looked awful like somebody had smashed it and very dusty. Sheets need to be updated as they were very threadbare.

Comfy beds and clean (but threadbare) towels. Location across from the beach. Pool was big and clean, getting run down though.

The whole place was very shabby. Minutes after check in and credit card verification, my card was compromised. Automatic lock on door was almost impossible to lock (not just us) and after a few attempts to get it fixed and some hours of waiting, it finally was (no keys to use as alternatives) I felt trapped in my room. Dirty bath mat surrounded by leaves and garbage outside our room never removed during our 3 night stay. Dirty towels left under the sink in the bathroom. A $25 fine if we didn’t do the dishes before leaving but almost no dish soap. They said they were short staffed and so might not always have our rooms cleaned, they were right, we only saw a cleaner in one room, one time, not ours or anyone in our group. in our group had water dripping through the ceiling, garbage left in their room and toasters filled with crumbs, lots of little things like that. BBQ/greenspace not appealing. The whole place just seemed overall uncared for.

Quick access to the beach

It was very dirty. It didn’t look like the room had actually been cleaned in a very long time. There was dirt in every corner that seemed to be there for a long time, stuff on the walls, and the only window that would open was full of dirt and mothballs. On the outside of that window was seemingly a dumping ground for garbage.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was perfect! Even though it’s on the main beach it was very quiet!

Honestly it was a little dirty. The bath needs to be redone and the balcony needs a good cleaning, so many spiders and bugs… just needs a good clean.

Perfect location on Lakeshore Drive- close to the beach and restaurants.

It’s definitely dated and could do with some updating
