The notch cut out of the door in the bathroom to clear the toilet.Never seen that at any other motel

Did not get the spa tub room that was booked.The room we got was right beside the laundry room where talking was loud and clear right at the door

Double bedrooms were very much appreciated. Pool was refreshing after a hot day.

The proximity to the main highway was annoying.

Very clean rooms with many recent improvements ie: tv, walls painted, fridge. From the highway , looks like a million other motels, but the appearance is misleading. One of the better motels for the price I'v stayed in. Friendly staff. Wineries galore :)

Some (most restaurants nearby should be given a miss. ....Savios's across the street should be avoided..overpriced, food tastes bland and insipid. (Crucetti's too)The Pasta Factory in Penticton is worse...More canned sauce than taste. Very, very bad !

Totally unacceptable. Reviews did not match what we experienced.

Unclean shower, ill fitting sheets, toothpaste left in sink, no soap (had to buy our own) no tissues, no drinking glasses, stains on bedspread, cobwebs in bathroom corners.

Check in and check out is very efficient. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good price.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The place did not seem to be visited much as the room was dusty and at times dirty.

No hot water unclean and that was the previous stay it was so crappy I like the location that's the best part. So the management didn't like my rating and abruptly canceled my reservation after I paid and still hasn't returned the funds.

Location the first and second time I stayed the room was good the last time it sucked I was working at the desk of two days straight and went to have a shower and there was no hot water I thought my friend was an idiot and couldn't figure out the taps, oops I was wrong, I talked to the owner and he made like there was nothing wrong with the taps. He went and turned the hot water up in another location like f____en chooch. I found out from another guh staying there that his hot water was off too. So if you stay only stay once and don't come back cuz they save their worst for repeat customers.

I asked for a lake check-in which had no issues with whatsoever. I had my code to the door before even i left for my destination. Overall, 10 out of 10

Water in front of evey door on upper level hard to avoid standing in a puddle to unlock door

Perfect and pleasant with extras like fireplace and whirlpool bathtub……communicative owner too.

A bonus point is meeting the owner personally

Location was good. Coffee in the room. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom did it work and a bar of soap would have been good.

No breakfast but very close to amenities. Comfortable, clean, and affordable.

Couldn't get the shower to work but the bath was okay. No soap. Smoker in the adjoining room. Seal the rooms better?

There wasn't a breakfast. Booking.Com would not allow me to change the stay to two nights from three, so the hotel was not able to accomodate this change either so I lost the money for the third night

That I had booked through Booking.Com and it offered me no satisfaction

Good location with stores, restaurants nearby. Quiet even though it's right off the main street. Bed was comfy. Sheets and towels good quality.

The motel is older, could use some updating and could be cleaner.

It is a budget friendly motel. The price reflects that. If you want a simple, clean place to crash overnite, this is it. No ice machine tho.
