- The location is ideal. We stay there when staying in Nanaimo. It?s centrally located making the bisits to other cities and spots a short drive
- It was quiet and clean. Price was awesome. I was staying only the night, but if I was staying longer I would love the fact that there is a fridge and microwave in each room.

Cons -
- Parking is a little strange but the Motel staff was very accommodating
- It needs some updating. I think laundry is done in house as bedspread was not pressed.
- Too dirty room and without air condition
