It was filthy, it stunk, it had a kitchen but not one dish, piece of Cutlery, glassware, paper towel were found. There was a Keurig that did not work. The one window did not open, there was no fan in the bathroom and neither was a hair dryer.

The shower head was leaking; Bathroom door was not locking properly. Room smelled of faint smoke, despite labelled as smoke free on door, The mattress springs on one queen bed were screeching when any movement was made. Toilet paper dispenser broken.

I experienced a very dirty room, filthy doors, ants all over.

The question is, was there anything I did like?

Laminate floors

Advertised as on site retaraunt-only open for breakfast and lunch.Misrepresentation First room not cleaned. Dirty sheets, towels. Office To open at 7 am. No one answering phone or door till 7.45. Very frustrating. When we needed breakfast vouchers.

The person who checked me in was friendly and informative.

The room seems updated but there was some odd stains on the bed sheets.The heat was shut off in the room and it was FREEZING when I checked in at 7PM.It was not until 11 PM until the heat was a proper room temp. Could no one turn the heat on in advance?

Very clean. Modern and newly rennovated

There was an RV outside and what looked like a trailer full of garbage. Someone may have been living in it which was slightly unsettling.

Comfortable bed and pillows

Only had 2 small hand towels. No facecloth, no bath towels and no bath mat.

Affordable.

Wish the card didn't stop working at 3 in the morning when everyone was asleep, including the hotel host.

Good location. Liked how they accepted the dogs. Nice and quiet. Location was pretty central for restaurants. The room was very clean.

the floor was dirty, furniture worn and outdated, trouble getting tv to work, had to ask for wash clothes.

the hotel rook was dated but the bed was very comfy.I highly recommend for a sleep and shower.

the price was just right

The keycard I had never worked even after getting it reprogrammed multiple times so I had to get staff to unlock the door manually and there was still drywall dust all over the floor from recent renovations.

The location.

The sheets were dirty I had to ask for clean sheets. There was no towels and the room had a bad odour and there was no cable box. The floor was dirty. I got the room clean, asked to extend my stay and they charged me $20 more didn't clean the room.

The poor state of the room. Not one garbage can in the room.

Literally nothing. There wasn't a single amenity.

It was way to expensive for how utterly DISGUSTING it was. We wanted to leave the moment we got there and saw the filth. The rude manager wouldn't issue a refund or even a partial refund. We slept in our car due to bedbugs. Do not waste your money!!

Old hotel but renovated. In downtown with access to all shops. Comfortable stay.

No views to look out. Good for a low budget 1 day stay
