Breakfast

Beds were not queen like it said, and very small room for the price I paid.

Clean and comfortable. With breakfast included good value

Outside of city. A bit hard to find a nearby restaurant of the type we wanted.

Very dirty, dusty old.

It says non smoking but the last day we couldn¿t even use our bathroom because. It stunk like cigarettes and something eles from someone in another room . With me being pregnant and having three kids also wasn¿t the best experience.

The convince of location. The room we had was great. Breakfast was good. No problems at all

For a motel it was fine. We wanted a place to stay on the highway and this worked for us.

The bathroom was incredibly small and there wasn¿t enough outlets to charge our devices.

Price

Things like the finish of casing on doors, quality of painting. The appearance of bed sheets and quilts. Coffee maker. Could use a general quality upgrade.

The room wasn't serviced between the 2 nights that we stayed. No beds were made,coffee wasn't refilled, no service at all.

The location was centralized and close to various stores and restaurants. The morning breakfast was good and nice selection of food.

I think they need to work on cleaning and maintaining the bathroom better. There was a circle around the toilet indicating it wasn't brushed. Also there needs to be better maintenance with bathroom caulking.

Needed plug-ins by both beds Sink and counter was too loo.

Room was very clean..bed and pillows very comfy. Free continental breakfast was great. Price was really reasonable...would highly recommend.

Room did not warm up too much even with turning heat up.

The room was hot and stuffy, very crowded, the lobby was bare bones and unpleasant. I will never stay at the Super 8 in Kamloops again.

Staff was helpful. I asked for a quiet room and she gave me a good room at the back opposite the noisy highway. I slept well.

It's a bit old overall but for the price it's fine. I'm always worried about bugs but it was totally clean. Breakfast was somewhat lacklustre.

Service wasn't great at the front desk. Seemed to be a language barrier. I had read some negative reviews prior to arriving & they were fairly accurate. Specific example was that I had a friend call twice & neither message was relayed to our room.

The beds were amazing. Excellent sleep

Even with the deluxe room it was very small. And poorly designed

The room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Urine stains in bed, black hairs everywhere. Room was not cleaned prior to us obviously. Charged me twice and they had to give me a refund. Would stay clear of this place!

----bucks with a pool and breakfast?! Good deal! Clean and quiet.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Condition of rooms was poor. Dirt and garbage in pool. Noise of highway traffic. Extra small bathroom was hard to turn around in, which was required to close the door to use the toilet. Price too high for conditions.

The staff were very accommodating, good breakfast.

Breakfast room was very small & it was a very busy weekend
