It's lovely, as a prairie person, to be able to see the mountains while eating breakfast.

I have back trouble & the bed was not quite as firm as 2 years ago. Not too bad, though.

Hotel had everything you needed for a stay. We only stayed two nights but you could stay for longer

The only downside was the air conditioning which was not constant. It allowed the room to get too warm before coming back on.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Good location.

Somewhat musty smell in the hallways (but not in room.) Towels were a bit thin.

Room temperature difficult to maintain. A lot of noise from other guests...local hockey team on same floor.

This hotel is probably the newest one in the area. Nice and bright room. Breakfast is fun.

The hot tub is not working

The staff went above and beyond to deal with a situation. The room and facilities were very clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Thank you.

The hotel is clean except carpet.

We extended our stays in the hotel, but we couldn't have the same price we had for first day. If we wanted, we had to pay another $30. The bathtub drains had never been fixed because no service man was available. It should be fixed before we moved in.

Excellent location, very clean, included breakfast was very good as well.

I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn't for the extra charge of $150.00 at the time of check-in, I was told it will be refunded, but this should be disclosed when I am booking the property.

There was a missed dirty face cloth lying next to the bed! (Yuck) Your Staff come across as unfriendly and unapproachable. I was placed at the front of the building and due to the Overnight Highway Closure trucks were pulling in across the street.

It was close to the highway but quiet and easy to access all places in Golden.

Hotel is very clean to my level of expectation. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, special mention to Mildred for quick and friendly service. I definitely will book this hotel again.

No hot breakfast TV did not carry the hockey game

Pleasant room, clean, freezer in the fridge, microwave, comfortable bag, lots of electric and charging outlets, plenty of room for our gear.

Cabinet doors on fridge and microwave interfered with passage through the room when opened, the hot tub was lukewarm. The Wi-Fi kept logging me out and I had to retype the password again and again.

A lot of little things didn't work properly. Phone in room did not work. Trouble getting coffee machine to work. No plug for sink. Lots of dust on ledges in bathroom vanity.

It was clean and staff were friendly they even helped recommend places to eat!

No one thing. We liked everything! Polite staff, clean room, free internet and parking and a great breakfast all made for a most enjoyable stay! Would love to have been able to stay longer! Will recommend this hotel to all who ask!
