Featuring ski-in/ski-out access to Fernie Alpine Resort, located on site, this hotel offers a restaurant and lounge. A heated outdoor pool and 3 exterior hot tubs are available. All suites feature a fireplace. Equipped with a full kitchen, each suite at Lizard Creek Lodge is comfortably furnished. Free wired internet is included. All suites feature a private balcony with mountain views. Fine dining is available at Cirque, the on-site restaurant and guests can enjoy cocktails served at the bar overlooking the mountains. The restaurant closes seasonally and re-opens for the winter ski season from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. Ski storage and a ski pass vendor are located on site. Ski equipment rental is available. Fernie city center is 10 minutes’ drive from this hotel. Mount Fernie Provincial Park is 3.7 mi away.

For Lizard Creek Lodge's off-season hours, please contact the property directly. Please note, the on-site restaurant will be closed during the Spring and Fall seasons. It will re-open daily for the Winter and Summer seasons. Any over-sized vehicle will need to parked offsite at nearby location.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pros +
- Very romantic with a wonderful staff.
- Location was super close to the mountain, it was just a bummer things weren't open in the morning until 11am/12pm.
- Beautiful location.
Cons -
- Ice bar closed when we were there.
- The hotel ice bar and restaurant were not open and I think there should have been advertising about this, as well as the amenities in the area.
- Jets on the hot tub did not work.
