Room was great location and met our needs well. Staff were awesome. Restaurant was awesome as well

Air conditioner did not work well.

The hotel was located in a bad neighborhood of downtown. My room showed a repair of the damaged door where obviously someone had tried to break in. A very old hotel.

The beds and linens were new and clean. The bathroom was clean and staff was pleasant.

Dark, musty and had clearly had abed bug problem recently as there were traps under the bed. For $--- night, it was a pit. The parking area had vagrants wandering around, graffiti on the walls and broken glass indicating many have been broken into h

Large room- ideal for several day stays. Has all the basics you need and lots of room. Great location. AC was loud but happy we had it.

There was a unpleasant smell in the room at first, maybe from someone smoking? It went away after leaving the window open.

Outdated rooms with old stained towels .

Good location. Large room. Free on-street parking.

WiFi was non-existent. Room/bathroom could have been cleaner.

Conveniently located in the down town area. Friendly staff help us to check Skagway ferry schedule in the early morning. Big guest room and Wifi connection.

    Aging facility.

    Great location.

Not very clean. The room was very hot and there was no way to open the Windows. Portable air did not put out cool air. The people at the desk were rude when told about the situation.

Beautiful downtown hotel with a great staff and clean rooms

The AC unit in the room was just terrible! It was uncomfortable in the room. The only real complain i have about the experience was the room was just too darn warm! 76 degrees at best even thought air was maxed out! Would recommend for winter not summer

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-17-2015

    Large simple room nice tv

not 3 star! more like 2 star! Just went non smoking 4/1/15. Dirty nasty remote, cheap beds and blankets. LOUD bar just below that serves rowdy drunk locals till 3am. NO AIR CONDITIONER, room was really warm and muggy small window loud bad loc.

It was convenient, felt like a safe area, several restaurants within walking distance.

    Bed was pretty soft.

    Too expensive

    Location

Room small and air conditioner was a floor model hard to control. Ned was aweful

    8SharonPosted on: 1-19-2026

Just 2 blocks away from 2 great restaurants, easy walking distance.

The neighborhood is a bit run down with a few sketchy looking people hanging out, though no one bothered us in any way.The hotel has 2 parking area with camera surveillance and we had no issues at all.

    great location- friendly staff

did not like the beds, or the loud AC, room too hot without it
